Ordered a sub no cheese light mayo… I received a sub full of cheese and no mayo .I can not eat cheese .. I grabbed this on my lunch break so I can not go back and let them make me a new one !!! This is not the first second or third time !! I used my $10 loyalty coupon ( I use other Marcos ) but I only get a $9 credit but they are only replacing the sub !! The sub I can not eat the sub I paid for today but have no lunch now and I dont get my $10 loyalty coupon back so I actually lost money going to this establishment

Customer service is very important to me, and I want to start by saying the lady I spoke with was kind and polite. However, I was disappointed with how my order was handled. I requested my pizza and cheesy bread to be made with specific toppings that I know the restaurant offers, but I was told they couldn’t accommodate my request.
The explanation given was that the manager believed I wouldn’t come pick up the order, which felt unfair. I even offered to come in and place the order in person to show my commitment, but they still refused to prepare it the way I asked.
It was frustrating because the ingredients were available. I hope this feedback helps improve flexibility with future customers.

Ordered 80 pizza for The Toledo YES Project. Pizza was ready at 1130am as requested, pizza,was good and hot. Marcos on central and Douglas did a fantastic job!!! Extremely well done

We get our great grandkids every other weekend and one of the things that look forward to is, “Marco’s Pizza”, seems they only get Marcos at Gammie’s house smile. This location has never disappointed! Pickup or delivery. Two weekends ago we ordered extra marinara sauce and BAAAABY! That pizza changed our whole lives. Thank you Marcos for your pizza and service.

I can’t speak highly enough of this Marco’s. I’ve been here about a dozen times now and everyone is always super nice, the food is incredible and my orders are almost always ready 5-10 mins ahead of the estimate — which is crazy impressive considering they seem to stay pretty busy. Marco’s as a chain is also very fair with their pricing and generous with their coupons imo! ive never felt overcharged or underwhelmed.

I ordered medium the works pizza with extra cheese. The order was prompt and hot but as soon as I took a bite I knew that the pizza didn’t have extra cheese. No big deal I called and told Rick I didn’t want a whole new pizza maybe a coupon because it didn’t have extra cheese. He was argumentative, rude and repeated he prepared that pizza and it did have extra cheese. No it didn’t!!! I will never order from them again. I just wanted a coupon so the next time I ordered I could get extra cheese.

Never had an issue from this location before but ordered today for my kids who are home sick and the pizza didn’t have toppings on 2 of the slices and the whole pizza had maybe 5 pieces of chicken on it. (Ordered chicken and bacon on it) Probably won’t order from this location anymore. Kids were hungry so didn’t have time for them to either wait for them to bring another one or go myself to have it fixed. Highly disappointed today!
