Good luck calling this place. Your met with uhhhhhh long pauses and just all around air heads. Ordered a pizza they didn’t deliver and they couldn’t figure out how to refund me. They only offered to make me a new one 3 days later!

We ordered pizza a short time before Marco’s closing time. They delivered to our hotel room in 20 minutes. They were great! Some places won’t take orders close to closing time, much less a delivery order. Even the delivery man was kind and wished us safe travels on our trip! The pizza was delicious and loaded with toppings! I highly recommend this place!

Called in a order for delivery specifically asked if they could deliver to me after the website said they couldn’t, they assured me yes no problem. Waited 50 minutes then they finally call and say they can’t because we are out of range for them. Then want me to pick it up for a $5 discount. Now I have to wait 4 days for my money to be refunded. I’m sure the guy who called me was so busy he couldn’t bring it himself. So much for customer service

I thought the customer was always right? We got 3 orders of wings and requested flats only, and they told my girlfriend, “We can’t do just flats only”, they also said; ” Every order has 5 flats and 5 drums”. We got our order home, and we got 27 drums and 7 flats, so how is that 15 flats and 15 drums? Isn’t it false advertisement to advertise “Chicken wings” but sell you “drums”? Any good attorney’s out there so I can sue Marco’s pizza for false advertisement?????
