I dont understand any bad reviews from here. My fiance and I get pizza here regularly and its always hot and fresh every time. Delicious and great customer service. Today’s halloween and while I was picking up our 2 pizzas I watched them put a stack of about 7 boxes out the window to the car infront of me right as another guy walked out of the store with like 10 pizzas in hand. Then when I pulled up, they handed me our food as soon as I paid at the window. It was hot and delicious and literally ready in under 20 mins! Way to go Marco’s!

We’ve been coming to this Marcos for a long time and it’s always been good service and great food, but today ruined it for us. We will not be returning; we’re very disappointed. I’ve waited over 2 and a half hours for food that we ordered ahead of time. I was told by another car that they had some fundraiser going on, but if you’re this understaffed, simply don’t do fundraisers and don’t be in business. When I got up to the window, I wasn’t greeted for at least 40 minutes after that, and I even honked a few times. It’s absolutely ridiculous; everyone who waited this long should have gotten a refund of some sort.

Never gotten a salad from Marcos before, so I decided to try the Italian salad was very disappointed. I paid for extra dressing packets was disappointed to find out their fat free cant stand the way fat free dressing tastes And Where on the site did it state that dressing was fat free?Very disappointed that I spent nine dollars + for a salad and can’t even eat it And That’s product Misrepresentation Advertising materials include images on packets are expected to be accurate, reflecting the product inside because nowhere does it state, that it’s fat free? And I got a Italian sub that I have not gotten in a couple years was disappointed to find out that they’re almost half the size than they used to be. The bread they put it on now is skinny when it used to be fatter.

Very poor service. I sat at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes and no employee ever came. I called into the store and was immediately put on hold even though they weren’t busy at all. I finally had to park and go into the store to get my order. One female employee was standing in the back and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me at all. Finally another employee came to the counter and said that he had just got back from a delivery and then handed my order to me without even a “Im sorry” for the inconvenience. Food was cold by the time I actually got my order
