So I call you guys,waited 6minutes for someone to answer phone, decided to drive up there,phone is still ringing. Pull up in the parking lot, we are at 9 minutes now. I hung up the phone and walked in. Two people are standing by the phone. So I place the order in the store,asked if they would call me when it is done. I wait, see others come and go while I waited for my call. I decided to go back in to check on my pizza. It’s done, I asked how long it’s been done they say it’s been for 10 minutes. I did an online order at 7:20pm. It was expected at 8:00pm the latest. I got a “its on the way” text at 8:30pm. My pizzaa did not arrive until 9:15pm. I am missing 2 of my sauces as well. Stop bulking your orders and sending them all out at once.

Ordered pizza. Took 2 hours and didn’t receive my full order. Driver had to go make other deliveries and then go back to the store. My family is now having to wait 3 hours for crap pizza.

Best Marcos Pizza in the county not all Marcos are the same this location is what pizza should be. Great customer service for bieng in a bar town ..The manager thier Char is a great manager I came thier the day after the 4th of July they were getting slammed she ran the kitchen and counter like a day trader taking tickets on wal street but with all the calmness of a Nurse People were rude and drunk but she kept it cool and the orders moving never loosing her cool covered in baking flour she needs a raise she even was able to give me a discount as they were shorthanded with a 45 min wait time all in all the pizza quality never suffred dont waste your time with any other pizza joint Marcos Port clinton Rocks!
