I ordered a pizza sub. All I wanted was pepperoni, ham and pineapple. They added mushrooms that I hate. I called and they argued with me that mushrooms came with it. I specifically said what I wanted but they insisted I was wrong. I told him I order same sub Everytime but he said it always came with mushrooms when it never did. I won’t order from here again.

Well I thought things would go okay until the lady who gave me my pizza also served me with a foul mood and a nasty attitude because I didn’t give her a tip. Do people tip me for doing my job? I don’t think so so I feel like you shouldn’t be tipped for making my pizza since that’s your job.

For some reason they close at 11 but stop taking orders at 10:30. We called a head and they didn’t tell us that. When we showed up the staff was rude they need to learn how to tell time. I would fire everyone one of the employees on that shift for the money they are losing the business for not sticking to there advertised closing times. Save yourself the headache and go across the street to domino’s.

Ordered 2 subs 10 dollars a sub and all I can say is do not buy . Subs where so cold not toasted at all ! I ordered a ham and cheese 12 inch and It had 4 small pieces of ham 3 little pieces of red onion and 4 tomatoes slices that only covered half the sandwich was not good at all couldn’t even eat . Lesson learned will never order subs from marcos again

Absolutely disgusted. First slice I pulled out and there was a hair. The quality was also not good. I guess I had to order double cheese to get normal cheese. The Fremont Marcos has really gone down the tube since former manager Michelle left. I would have rather drove 30 mins to Fostoria where she works now. I wish I could get my money back!!

I decided to try ordering from here for the first time in months, and once again I absolutely regretted it. It’s a shame that this used to be the best pizza chain in town, and now it’s obvious they are just going thru the motions with zero concern or regard for the quality of what they are putting out, or customer satisfaction. I am never ordering from the Fremont, OH Marcos ever again. Never!
Edited: Decided to try again on 08/13/25. Ate a piece of pepperoni bread and 3 bites of the pizza and threw my piece away, while my wife ate 1piece of pizza and a bite of the bread. Gonna try to give it to my brother, if he didn’t want the rest is going in the trash. What happened to this place?

These people wouldn’t know how to cook a pizza if their lives depended on it!! 99% of the time the pizza is WHITE AFTER it’s been in the oven!! They have no clue on how to properly make dough evidently. It’s doughy more so than not even if you ask for it well done! My worse visit ever ! I was given a 25 min. Wait time to pick up my order. It turned into 45mins before I recieved my order. I asked for no pizza sauce and to replace it with white sauce. It came with no sauce at all. I asked for feta topping cheese which I got but they didn’t put the mozzarella cheese base on. I also asked for extra cheese on my cheesy bread and didn’t get that either! They had like 7 cheese breads made ahead and had them stacked on the shelf where they put completed orders at and grabbed one and gave it to me. Hence those had been sitting there the entire time I sat there and waited on my food. The manger told me he has no control over the apps quoted time and I just had to deal with it because he claimed he was doing the best he could. When I got home and noticed my food wasn’t made right I called the store to talk to the manager and he just hung up on me. I then called the next day hoping to talk to someone else, but he answered and claimed he couldn’t replace my pizza without having the other one, which I told him got thrown away while I was mad. Now if he would’ve have hung up the night before I would have returned the pizza and bread but he hung up on me! Now I’m told I can’t get anything replaced because I don’t have the pizza. This guy doesn’t deserve to have a manger position. He also tried to make excuses for everything like, OH we were extremely busy last night , well ok , but fix your mistake. Very very disgusted by this manager. I don’t have alot of money and the $20 I spent on food not to eat it is just gone….
