04/25/2025 – Love this Marco’s Pizza. The staff are amazing as are their delivery drivers. I’ve ordered from this Marco’s Pizza a few times, and they are always on point with my order, and deliveries. I typically ordered the Marco’s Crowd Pleaser Combo that includes two medium pizza with an extra topping, a cheesy bread, and cinnamon squares for $24.99. Great deals and great prices. I have also ordered their tasty Garlic Parmesan Wings. Parking out front if you choose to dine in. Enjoy.

***Update 5/25/25*** Props to this location! They made a serious turnaround from when I’d had a less than stellar experience. Every single time that I’ve been to this location the last hand full of times, the service, food quality, etc. have been top notch! Great job, everyone!
I’ve updated this review because Marcos Pizza basically made this right. A representative reached out from the company and worked with me. I went back to this location and they made me food that was pretty much picture perfect. I did previously have a legitimate complaint, but that is in the past now and here is to better days ahead!

Don’t bother with this location, the Food preparation is haphazard and sloppy. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 pizzolis, and inferno cheesy bread on 8/30. When we received our food there were sauce cups smashed into the topping/cheese of one pizza, no jalapeños were put onto the inferno bread, a sausage + pep pizzoli had no sausage, and we got 1 marinara sauce cup and 2 jalapeño ranch (vs the 3 Marinara and 1 jalapeño ranch we ordered). I immediately contacted the store and spoke with a manager on duty expressing my frustration. I was told I would receive a full refund for my order in about 2 days. I gave it some extra time given how refunds usually go, especially it having been a holiday weekend, but it’s now been more than 10 and have yet to see anything.

I was waiting at Marcos pizza which is one of my fav places… there was a dasher who was waiting for almost 10 mins.. then when it was almost ready another customer walked in for a cheese pizza and the manager handed over that pizza to the customer and said he is just a washer and he can wait…customer cannot wait….I argued with the manager that even the door dash pickup is for some customer..she just said whatever…everybody is doing their work…even the dasher..he deserves some respect

Pizza was fine. Ordered ham and pep, got only pep. Selected a small cauliflower crust specialty pizza but in between selection and placing the order it switched its self back to original crust, I of course did not notice, mildly irritating.

Order wasn’t ready at the 20 minutes. I was told it was in the system but didn’t show on the screen. I know this happens. I was told we’ll I can make it for you in 10 minutes. No apologies. The Marinara cup wasn’t even filled halfway. The Pizzoli had 3 peps, but the main issue was the bottom was burnt. I know TV ads are doctored up but this was not even close. Nobody will reach out to me.

The food is exactly what you’d expect from Marco’s. It’s one of the better choices for chain pizza, and definitely the best quality I’ve found for the price. A million times better than some other pizza chains who advertise their deals. Everything from this store is fresh and made well. They don’t skimp on toppings unlike some competitors. You can get a dipping sauce and flavored crust with any pizza.
The store is clean and brightly lit, and there are a few tables available for dining in. Definitely a satisfying and budget friendly choice when you don’t feel like cooking.

OMG! My chicken fresco pizza was so delicious! I discovered this place at Slice of Worthington and it was in my top five. So good delivered early and hot. I will so be order from here again.

The worst experience, especially when they want to argue on the phone they did nothing wrong. I know when the pizza doesn’t have light sauce, because I get heartburn when it’s not light sauce. This wasn’t enjoyable at all for my first time buying Marcos, very upsetting .
