Hello, good evening, I am writing since today I placed an order which was a large pizza (all meats) with additional grilled chicken plus green peppers. The fact is that you receive my order and it was not the same one I ordered although on the label on the box it said the pizza I wanted and the specifications of the order but inside it it was a pepperoni pizza I paid extra for the service and it was not what I ordered! I have photos and the confirmation email of my order I repeat the driver was not wrong since he only delivers the problem was who sent my pizza I was not satisfied with the service

BEWARE they have no delivery drivers and use door dash to deliver. However DoorDash doesn’t prioritize these orders and you will watch and wait while your drive picks up and delivers other orders before yours. I watched my delivery spend 20 minutes going around picking up other orders from different restaurants before mine and by the time mine arrived it was barely lukewarm. What is the point of ordering out only to have to heat your food yourself? Never having them deliver again.

My family always orders Marcos for pizza night, tonight we ordered delivery, a few medium 1 topping pizzas and a few pizza bowls and sodas for everyone. The food and soda was delivered super fast, the driver was so nice and pleasant. The food looked and tasted amazing and was HOT! there was one hiccup….we didn’t receive the correct beverages. I immediately called and spoke with the general Manager Brad who was so so helpful, Brad offered to have the correct sodas delivered but I advised that wasn’t necessary, Brad was very apologetic for the mix up and refunded our soda purchase. My family really appreciated his professionalism and and kind gestures to remedy the situation. Even with the mix up we will continue to have Marcos for pizza night. Way to go to the E. Broad street (Blacklick) team under Brad(GM), the great customer service and food is greatly appreciated.

Really poor customer service. There was a line of 3 people including myself at the end. The cashier serviced the first 2 and once it was my turn he went to make pizzas. My pizza was already done and I don’t understand why he couldn’t have rang me out before continuing to make the other pizzas. Now mine is cold.

I tried to give Marcos one last chance in hoping the last two pizzas were just a fluke. But no, ordered again today and it was horrible again. It’s sad because this was the only pizza I could get my grandson to eat. He would be so excited to see the delivery person. He wouldn’t eat it today again. I had company over, they tried it and didn’t like it either. On top of that we had to cut the pizza in order to serve it. It was hot compared to the previous order which was lukewarm at best. Which is crazy because I live 3 minutes away. I order delivery because it’s convenient so I tip in cash and try to be generous. The timing is always great but the quality is not good anymore. So disappointed.
Fast forward to today 11/16. Tried yet again. Why?? I thought after being contacted by someone in charge it would somehow get better. Wrong. Worse than ever. Pizza was thrown about and cold. Wish I had asked to see it first before I tipped $10. Why deliver a pizza like this? Question is why did I order again? Just never order here. This place is horrible now, it was good at some point. Not now, not sure why and really don’t care. My money will never go here again. Too many places nearby. And yes $10 is decent because I can walk there in 7min so driving in 2 min for $10 is a decent tip.

Really good Pizza. Orders are delivered very fast and the food is excellent. They are always running specials and I think they are priced very competitively compared to the competition. Marco’s is my new go to, last minute pizza when I need pizza quick. Highly recommend Marcos.

Pizza is great, but the service has cratered.
We used to order from here all the time. It was our favorite pizza. However, they apparently can’t keep staff that cares. For two of my last three orders, I still hadn’t seen the pizza 80 minutes after I ordered. Both times, I called in for a refund. The supervisors have been nonchalant about the situation, offering barely a half-hearted sorry and a series of excuses as to why they can’t refund the order immediately. We’ll see if the latest refund actually hits my bank without needing to hound them some more.
Really a shame because they used to be great. I suppose if you want to go pick it up, you can still get a good pizza. But why would you support people who clearly don’t care that they are offering sub-standard service? There are other places close, like Hornet’s Nest, Big Daddy, and Pizzaroni’s that not only offer an amazing pie but are run by families that care about their pizza and their customers.

My wife likes or used to like the place. Has at prior times provided well priced food. This time was horrid. Got it home and we each struggled to eat one piece and threw the rest out. Why? The pie was under baked but most of all the bottom was thin and soaked in oil. No amount of xtra baking would have improved this horrid item.
Called the manager who said send pictures and she’d refund the cost of course that has not happened. Also when I called back to verify that she’d received the pictures the private personal phone she gave me was disconnected. Called the store number and she took three tries to speak her number. Kept getting confused.
That’s the last time for this joke of a place.
