This is by far the worse experience I have had with this location. I have been a patron of this location for the last few years and I will not be coming back. I placed an order the day before for delivery by 11am. I did place a duplicate order and a representative called me from the store and she told me cancel one of the orders. She told me she canceled the order that had a payment method of cash. The next day my order arrives over an hour late, the pizzas are not even hot and the manager only offers me $20 off my order. I just wanted my order to at least be hot when it arrived. She also argues with me stating I needed to pay even though my card had been charged that morning. After going back and forth she finally says that it was a confirmed payment and she never even at least apologized for her lack or customer service. And now I have to serve my staff cold pizza’s for what was supposed to be a celebratory event. I will spend my dollars with a different establishment going forward.

Since Marco’s switched from in-house deliveries to using DoorDash drivers, our pizzas have been arriving late and cold. I understand that this is likely not a decision made by the individual Marcos locations, but it will still negatively impact your experience as a customer. A few weeks ago my pizza took 45 minutes to arrive. Tonight’s we’re approaching the one hour mark and still waiting, with no updates on when/if it will arrive. This location makes good pizza, just don’t expect it to reliably arrive on time anymore. Thanks DoorDash.

I spoke to a young lady named Angela and she was very rude! I placed an online order and even arrived 5 minutes after the designated time and my food was still not ready. I was told I could cancel the order if I didn’t want to wait. No consideration was given for the timeframe and she was very nonchalant about it. I will never order from this store again. I just hope the rest of the Marcos restaurants in Memphis have better customer service.

Worst experience ever. None of the veggies were chopped up. Had literal sliced tomatoes. Order instructions like “no green peppers” are too hard to follow. Giant strips of chicken. No topping distribution. Also, couldn’t be bothered to include the feta cheese that comes in a garden pizza. Sooooo disappointing. Might as well have went to little caesers. Way too long of a wait for a terrible pizza.

Have you ever had a craving and once you get it; “Its a disgusting” and not prepared right. I had a craving for Marco’s pizza. I got home and the pizzas were dry and hard. My son turned away. However staff was very nice and courteous.
