Marco’s Pizza has become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a solid, dependable pizza. The crust is always perfectly baked — not too thick, not too thin — and the sauce has a nice balance of sweetness and spice. Their cheese blend tastes fresh, and the toppings are generous (especially on the Deluxe and Pepperoni Magnifico).
Delivery is usually quick, and the food arrives hot and well-packed. The staff at my local Marco’s are friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better

We just ordered from this location for the first time. Order was correct and made within the expected time frame. We ordered 4 large pizzas and cheezy bread with different dipping cups. Pizza and bread were nice and hot and fresh. Pickup was fast and easy. Thank you for a great experience and great pizza Marco’s.

Ordered pizza and wings New Year’s Eve. Drove up to the pickup window and was ignored for over 5 minutes (I was clearly noticed). Guy at the register was on the landline and playing on his personal phone. I drove around the building and parked in the handicap space. I limped into the lobby (yes, I am disabled) and was clearly seen (again), and ignored again. After a minute or so another worker in the back noticed me at the register/counter and came and handed me my order. I was upset, so I called the store and someone who said his name was “Robert Johnson” answered and told me he was the manager. I complained loudly and was told that he was going to block my number, and that I could never order from Marco’s again and was banned from the premises.
This was not the first time the service was horrible at this restaurant. I will never order from this place again nor eat there, and will recommend to all my friends and patients to avoid this place at all costs.

Pizza isn’t the best usually if delivered it arrives cold. Sauce taste on pizza isn’t the greatest. Had pineapple put on my pizza didnt put alot on maybe few pieces per slice.

I got the first bad pizza I’ve ever had from Marco’s last night. I’ve ordered for a long time and it’s always been great. Pizza was not good last night. Toppings were messy and the crust was uneven and weird. The whole pizza was a mess. The top of the pizza separated from the bottom. Never seen anything like it. Very disappointing. We ate one piece each,2, and we’ll throw the rest away. It’s really strange too because I always get an email about satisfaction from Marco’s after I order but not yesterday. I’d rather have given feedback directly to them.

Marcos is hands down my favorite pizza in Knoxville! The crust is perfectly crisp without being too hard, and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff at the Ebenezer Rd location are always so sweet and friendly, which makes picking up my order a great experience every time.
I also really appreciate that their prices are reasonable, and they offer great discounts and freebies from time to time. My food is always ready on time, quick and easy to pick up, and piping hot when I get it. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great pizza and great service!

I order almost every Saturday for quite some time now and every time I go pick up my order it’s exact and hot and fresh. Polite and kind staff and just a all around good experience for getting pizza not just on Saturday but any day of the week.

Do not sign up for their emails. They are not a corporate store they are franchise and so according to the general manager on June 18, 2024, they opt in or opt out of various promotion which means for instance, the buy one get one free Tuesday promotions are not valid there. Don’t need all the junk emails anyways. Fortunately, great customer service and delicious pizza.
