Kingsport has a new chain pizza king!
My family tried this new spot (I think they opened a few months ago) tonight for take out. Wow!
We ordered a large cheese, large pepperoni magnifico, and a large half mushroom/half spicy sausage, also a cheese bread. We paid $42 and some change.
First of all, delicious pizza. This pizza won’t change your life or anything but it’s much better than the other local chain options. The price is very similar as well, I also appreciate that their app lets you use multiple deals for the same order (specialty/1 top/etc). The pizza was fantastic, I loved the spicy sausage, not too much heat but definitely enough to remind you what it is. I did not love the cheese bread, it wasn’t bad or anything but it just felt like too much bread compared to the cheese.
From order to pickup was about 20 minutes, they had it ready when we walked in. The staff greeted us when we entered and it was obvious they were very busy. That was another nice thing to see…the staff! Anytime I walk into Domino’s or Papa John’s these days they seem to be working a skeleton crew and I always have to wait longer; I counted 9 employees working in this Marco’s location, so good job on that. We were offered paper plates to go with our food which was a nice touch to help save on dishes.
Overall I would say that Marco’s will definitely be my first choice when getting chain pizza from now on.

First time customer, called in a to go order. Was ready as promised. First impression looked great. Pizza has great flavor. The dough was perfectly baked. Amazing, will definitely be coming back.

Glad I finally had a chance to try pizza from Marco’s and I’m excited to try more because what I got tonight was pretty dang tasty! ↕️
The pizza seemed well balanced with the ingredients – mind I ordered light pep on this one! – the sauce was quite nice and I felt like it was the right amount of cheese for the type of crust I got.
My order was made online and I picked it up. The lady at the register was very friendly and made sure to offer Parmesan and red peppers as she presented my pizza to me.
I’ll certainly return to give other pizza options a try.
I’m hoping there will be some deals or coupons to where I can try rotating this into my son’s pizza requests (pizza is one of his safe foods and only certain places make it into the grouping) as I’m honestly a little tired of the same from [redacted pizza company].

We stopped in at the new Marco’s Pizza on East Stone Drive, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff greeted us with big smiles, the restaurant was spotless, and the smell of fresh dough hit you the second you walked in.
The pizza was cooked perfectly — golden crust, just the right amount of cheese, and toppings that actually taste fresh, not frozen. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Their cheesy bread and CinnaSquares were the perfect finishing touch.

I can give a true and honest review here because my husband and I have been getting Marcos at least once or twice a month since they opened. I’ve never really been a huge pizza person, but I find myself wanting this very often. I’ve never had a pizza from them that wasn’t insanely good. I’ve ordered takeout, delivery, and even from DoorDash late at night and it’s always on point. The pizzas we rotate are the original pepperoni, hot honey pepperoni (add old world pepperoni), bbq chicken pizza, and chicken florentine (insanely good). Don’t pass this place up. Best pizza in Kingsport!

I love this pizza joint! I eat with them several times a week I love the thin crust; can’t find a better pizza ! The owner is super cool and into customer satisfaction! I have recommended Marco’s in Kingsport at least a hundred times since they’ve opened and I will keep doing it. They are awesome! The pizza is fabulous! It’s clean, clean, clean!! Excellent Service, Great Food, Fair Prices
First time as a Marco’s customer ever and I will be back.
When I arrived there was a disgruntled customer who was upset that it would take some time to make an extra pizza for her order. The staff handled this situation very well and made sure she was taken care of despite her bad attitude.
Theresa then made sure I wasn’t upset by the rude customer and then provided excellent suggestions based on my input.
The price was very fair for what I ordered and the pizza was excellent. It was fresh, and had very good ratios of toppings. I would suggest the jalapeno ranch. It has a good flavor and isn’t too spicy.
I finished my meal with a brownie. It was good as well but the pizza was the highlight of the meal aside from the excellent service I received.

ordered a medium pepperoni and cheese bread on doordash and it was sooo much better than we thought it was going to be!! (as we’ve never had Marco’s before) our food was still hot, perfectly salty and seasoned and the mini pepperonis were slightly crispy which was so yummy. we got 4 sauces as well to try and the jalapeño ranch was great with the pizza. 10/10 will make this a regular takeout spot!! plan to try the wings next.
