Had a great experience at this Marcos and had to share! Ordering online was very convenient and said my order would take 45-55 to deliver. I didn’t mind because it was during dinner time, to my surprise 25mins later, I got a text they were out for delivery. It was made just as I ordered it and for the first time this year the cup of sauce I ordered came with the pizza, it’s the little things guys. It tasted great and I would highly recommend if you are looking for some good pizza. I had the cauliflower crust and had no clue it wasn’t regular crust- great job team!

I called and made an order. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and a really nice guy. He answered my questions and wasn’t in a rush to do so. The pizzas I got were so good! It’s the best pizza I have had in a while. The Italiano sub was good too. My friend got barbecue wings and he let me try one. I need to order my own When I picked my food up, they were busy but the guy apologized for the wait. The woman that helped me was nice too. When you get hot food and friendly customer service, it definitely makes you want to go back. 100% recommend

Updated: I have spoken to management. They refunded my pizza. Is this considered pizza? All I see is burnt cheese and crust. I called and they said they personally made it and it was not burnt. Well photos never lie. Please see attached. This was my first and last time ordering. I have had Marcos in Knoxville and Cookeville and they would never allow this piece of dough leave their store. I am now calling my bank to get this charge taken off. Thanks.

Iv edited my review to a 1 star bc im disappointed in the follow comment that came with it, when u have a pwrson going out of their way to positive feedback to your restaurant and u cant even have enough decency to call him by his name but instead juat refer to him as “a team member” all while expecting to serve me soon and not even think about maybe looking to give him a promotion or employee of the month any type of recognition for his hard work insteadbhes just abteam member to u and for that i will not be back to that store u need to do better by your “team member” their the reason u have a functioning business be appreciative of them

I just received my order. I had wings well done lemon pepper extra seasoning & a medium pepperoni pizza. The pics should speak for themselves I never had a pizza place that ever did wings right but whew I’m very impressed! The pizza was okay it wasn’t as fresh but it was ok. All of my requests were followed to the T! Shout out to the cook and the driver who was extremely tall

On 7-20-2020 we ordered a few pizza’s from this location, when we got them the boxes were soaked in grease on the bottom and it had leaked out and covered a portion of the top of the boxes as well. I immediately called the store to inform them and all I was getting were excuses that the pepperoni magnifico makes a LITTLE more grease but I tried to tell them it looked like the boxes had sit in grease and soaked it up as well as the bottom of the pizzas and told them I wanted them remade that I was not going to eat something like that. The night shift manager told me rudely WE’RE NOT GOING TO DO THAT, his name is DARRELL HARRIS. I insisted on them to be remade so he said let him call his manager who’s name is BARRY WALKER and I was then informed to call the next day to get it corrected so I told them I was on my way to get a refund. When I got to the store no manager in sight but they had to call him so he could be on the phone. I asked the employees if they’d eat a grease soaked pizza like that and of course with him being on the phone 2 of them said yes and the 3rd said he didn’t eat pizza but after me touching all over the pizza to be able to take pictures the one that didn’t eat pizza took it out and put in his car after the refund was issued, watch out for the COVID. Never again will I go to this place, rude inconsiderate managers. Told them all of this could have been avoided if they would have just remade the pizzas but I’m glad they didn’t cause I’m sure it would’ve turned out the same…..
In response to the owners automatic reply, I do not want to go to a customer feed back page to give the same information as I did here. Your managers are unprofessional and inconsiderate if they want customers to call the NEXT day to have an issue corrected.

First time ordering from this store. Will not be ordering from here again. Specialty pizzas had very little toppings. And the toppings that were there basically only on one side of the pizza. Also, ordered a pizza bowl. Requested NO cheese, added tomatoes and it was delivered with cheese and a half empty bowl with no meat. When I called the store about my ordered the girl on the phone stated I needed to select no cheese under the cheese and sauces tab and then basically hung up. I called her back to let her know that the bowls do NOT have that option and I have removed cheese from any place possible. Her comment then well guess you will have to call in to order next time. Really NOT impressed.

I had it delivered but it was hot and delicious they show up in good time. And always delicious LoL. Hell they even knew my name from previous orders. Between me and you that means a lot. Good people make good food. P.s. thanks for the good food who ever made it. They were two minutes early so I don’t know how to count that but it is good so I’m calling it good as usual. I don’t mean to brag on them but, I have to get extra to take home to the kids. Because they loved it . Sorry I’m done know.
