I placed an order earlier for carryout. During the order taking process, there was a misunderstanding, and when I arrived, I saw the error on the ticket. Daniel, the owner, immediately made me a new pizza with no hesitation whatsoever. I also received some breadsticks and was allowed to keep the bad pizza as compliments. I highly recommend this location over any other Pizza chain in town! Keep up the great work guys!

I gave up pizza for years until I had Marco’s build your own pizza with double sauce their ingredients are superb. Their cheese is so cheesy, their sauce is that perfect tomato base , their crust is fresh everyday. This pizza has the best flavor!! Their service is excellent too. I would slap my best friend for this pizza! Not really hard and I would run real fast after I did it, because she is twice my size and hits like a boxer but I would still slap her for this pizza…….it’s that good!!!!!

Place an order for delivery as we always do but when it arrived today one of them was awful.
I contacted the store and spoke to Conner whom advised they were fine when he cook/box them but don’t know what could have happened.
He seemed unbothered of my complaint not suggested a resolution.
I did request for the manager Alena or GM Nick Wilson to call me ASAP.
I will give a followup in the next couple days if needed.

Ive been ordering from this place since I’ve been in Hixson and they’re just simply amazing. Anything I order from there is quality! I keep ordering different items off of the menu and I cant seem to find any dissatisfaction. I highly recommend yall order from here!

The bbq chicken pizza literally tasted exactly like barbecued chicken. I wasn’t expecting that at all but it was a wonderful experience (they also have the best ranch for a pizza chain I’ve ever tried) I Will definitely be back soon.

Marcos used to make a great pizza bowl. They used to fill the bowl at least halfway but as you can see in this photo of last nights bowl there was barely an 1/8″ in the pan. Insane price @ $10.49 for when barely came to 3/4 of a cup when scooped out into a measuring cup. This was supposedly the Deluxe Meat Bowl with Extra Cheese. What a huge disappointment. We will not be wasting our money ordering from Marcos again.

Pizza bowls are the best. The fact you can personalize your bowl.amd be as creative as you want is great. The serving is huge enough for now and later. Or share. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Eating in is always an option. Delivery is fast.

Ordered through web, was there to pickup on time. 2 pizzas took 45 minutes AFTER I arrived to pick up. Store was full of mad people and a bunch of orders ready, but they were doing them in order instead of getting people out.

The crust was perfect, The toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked. If there one thing I’d change is the amount of cheese. Everyone loves the cheese bubbly and stringy.
