this place was hands down the BEST marcos ive ever been to, and on top of the fresh, steamy pizza i received, the employee by the name paisley had service so good my socks nearly got knocked off!! she had this big jolly smile the whole time we interacted and had nothing but kind things to say to me. give that girl a raise!

Just picked up a large 2-topping pizza.
Decent pizza but the topping distribution was disappointing. Some slices had plenty of chicken and onions, while others had almost none.
Not even close to what they advertise.
Good taste but better attention to detail would improve the experience.

Marcos lost my families business tonight. It wasn’t a matter of the product as much as it was the service. After placing an order for a bbq chicken pizza, i quickly noticed the sauce said pizza sauce, and I was wanting bbq sauce for the base. When I called in to make the request I had a very unhelpful male answer the phone. He said he couldn’t find my name in the orders, so I advised him I had been charged and told him I have an order number I can provide if that helps. His demeanor was inconvenienced and he stated he guesses he could try and see if he could look up the order number and then claimed he couldn’t find it. I assured him I see the order is placed, and asked if he could please keep an eye out for when the order comes in to place the request of bbq sauce as the base, and his response was “IF the order comes in, he will”. Lo and behold I received my pizza an hour later with marinara as the base that I tipped over 25% on. I could’ve gotten past the letdown on my pizza order if the employee could’ve at least pretended to care about the customer.

We ordered two pizzas. One was covered in jalapeños that we did not order. We picked off the peppers, but it was still too hot and inedible. We contacted the restaurant and they refused to make it right. The second pizza, that was correct, was mediocre at best! This was the first and last time I’ll order from Marco’s Pizza.

Been here many times. Food is always great. Service was usually good, depends on who is on staff. What to say about the atmosphere? In all fairness it it good, but not really set up to be a sit down place. More like a fast food place.
4/27/25 update 1 year later. Reduced from 4 to 2.
Ice machine is down. Need to have a backup, like a cooler full of ice.
Tables are filthy.
Employees just hanging out in the kitchen. Has my wife said, if you have time to lean you have time to clean.
Did not bring out plates for our dine in.
Use to be a great place. It’s only saving grace is the food is good.

Ordered delivery online, system said it’d take 40 minutes.
At 60 minutes I called the store & was told the driver was just minutes away.
At 85 minutes I called the store & was told the driver messed up & took the wrong pizzas but was almost back to the store to get mine.
I pointed out that the pizzas would be more than an hour out of the oven when they arrived & was told, don’t worry we keep them in thermal bags, they’ll still be warm.
I pointed out again that they will have been out of the oven for more than an hour, I was told, yeah, but they’ll still be good.
TERRIBLE customer service & very disappointing pizzas.
UPDATE – “Owner” asked for feedback on their internal system last week so they could follow up. I did & there hasn’t been a peep out of them SMH

Never eaten in the dining area so no clue if it’s clean or not, but the food is probably some of the best chain pizza I’ve ever had. Surprisingly good salad for a pizza place.
