I placed an order for pick-up, only because my lil sis was driving and we live 2 mins away. The app said ready in 20 mins and 30 mins if delivered. I’mma delivery kinda girl but…
So upon arrival, at exactly 20 mins after the order was placed, our order wasn’t ready. I asked how long and was told another 15 mins. I checked my phone to make sure I had my timing correct. I asked, would it really be another 15 mins?
Some chic in the back started mouthing off at me about 20 mins being an estimate and blah blah blah. Going off like I insulted her mother or one of her children.
For starters, I ordered my pizza and picked it up because I ordered 30 mins before you closed.
Secondly, I’m 50 yrs old and your not gonna disrespect me like that, especially when your in the wrong.
Last but not least, if you have the guts to trash talk me as a paying customer behind a counter, you best be big enough to own it.
Even though she has my name and home address, she wasn’t big enough to back her own play, She didn’t think she should have to give me her name after cussing me.
That’s fine. I took pictures of the difference in my first pizza she didn’t slice vs the one she did. Can’t seem to post them right now but I’ll try again when I’m not this angry.
The rest of the employees were pleasant and slightly embarrassed of her actions as they should be. Working for her can’t be easy.
So La Shawn or Shae or whatever your name is, the injustice you did me is nothing compared to the respect of your employees that you just lost. You only had to make it 10 more mins and were home free, instead you left a lasting impression vomiting bs out of your mouth that was uncalled for and unbecoming.
I hope you no longer work there next week when I order. If you are, I’ll be getting my Philly cheese steak fix somewhere else.
Okay, I broke my own rule. I reordered. Huge mistake, order was delivered twice, together…I’m single. I just paid $45 for a sub and salad twice cuz Marco’s doesn’t really care that there website duplicated the order. This has been going on for at least 18 months. I learned my lesson. That’s what I get for being tired and wanting an easy dinner before bed.

I called to place an order. The guy on the phone had an attitude but said my pizza would be ready in 45 min. When I arrived 45 min later, none of the employees would acknowledge me or come to the counter. I waited and smiled at the numerous employees in the back. There were no other customers present. At least 5 employees made eye contact with me but wouldn’t say hi or speak. No one came to the counter. Eventually I left without a pizza. I said “thanks anyways” as I was leaving and someone shouted “your welcome” at me. I will never go back.

Decided to grab some New Year’s Eve dinner since the other pizza places are still trying to hustle youfor every lil thing. Soo glad I thought of Marcos and placed an online order. Got great food amazingly fast for my bucks, along w/top shelf service and didn’t have to cook. A win win!!! Guessing it was the manager who gave me my order, I wish I would’ve remembered his name because he was awesome. Considering this was Alabama v Michigan GameDay, everything was smooth and easy from ordering online to picking up. Worth the short drive. I’ve never had a problem with this location, so keep up the great work. I look forward to getting my pizza craving satisfied in the near future. Happy New Year

I use to love this place and the pizza but now the service is slow and this new staff is slightly rude. It’s like they don’t care, and they had many of us waiting 45 minutes+ in the lobby for a medium pizza. I’m usually pretty patient but this was a togo order I had ordered 30 minutes before I arrived. This is the line up! They need some help real bad. In the photos the store was full of people waiting that came after me. The girl was so rude she gave the men that came after me his pizza on purpose. The cashier didn’t know the difference between the orders on the screen and the orders in the system. They seriously need some training. I’m currently still waiting as I’m typing this. I think they are doing this out of spite. The photo of the girl I zoomed in was especially rude for giving the man who ordered behind me his pizza first.

Marcos was really off their game tonight. I ordered my three pizzas online and selected the pickup time an hour out. I think this was a mistake because I am of the belief that made the pizzas shortly afterwards and placed them in the warmer until I arrived. 15 minute drive home and I realized the pizzas were grease soaked through the crust, which was left soggy, and through the boxes. Deal breaker for me on going back anytime soon. Too much money for less than Caesars quality.

After waiting 40 minutes after they said my order would be ready online I was treated rude and got something taste terrible. It wasn’t done and bunch of grease. I always hesitate to order here. You have to really be up for the possibility of disappointment. Whoever made my pizza last night must have made it the way THEY like or preferred to eat pizza because they sure as hell didn’t fix it the way I ORDERED!! Ordered the “works” minus the ham add banana peppers and Parmesan crust. what I got was NO BANANA PEPPERS, NO PARM CRUST. and mountains of raw veggie just sitting on top of pizza with very little cheese and sauce….

Wowsers. This was awesome pizza! I mean really delicious. The tomato sauce was rich and delicious- and the toppings were generous, really generous. The Garden Pizza was our favorite and we eat our pizzas without cheese and this was the best we have ever had. Marco’s knows how to do pizza right!

I normally RAVE about Marco’s, especially ours in Opelika, but tonight we had 2 medium 2 toppings (the special) and a salad delivered. Almost every piece of lettuce in the salad was browning and there was nothing on it. I only asked for the feta (that’s supposed to come on it). Also, one of the pizza’s was wrong – instead of pepperoni and green olives there was green peppers and green olives. The young woman that took my order repeated the order back to me correctly and we’ve never ever had an issue before but tonight was a huge disappointment.
