Ordered online and the first order was delivered. It was supposed to be a meat lovers half and the other half different.
The meat lovers first order was mostly cheese with black olives and very little meat. Couldn’t hardly find meat on it.
We called them and told them about it!
So they made another pizza. Half meat lovers again which was filled with meat that you can actually see on it.
We made the order online and had double bacon added online but no double bacon.
I could taste a hint of bacon a little but it was definitely not double.
For $45 including delivery charge plus an $8 tip at the door you’d think they could get it right.
Especially since it was online !!!
Their pizza is way too expensive!
I won’t be paying for this over priced wrong order crap any longer.
We also ordered cinnamon bread with chocolate sauce which was running out of the corner of the box an all over my shirt.
I’ve decided that I will continue to do reviews because some of these workers/delivery people just don’t care about quality or service it seems.
Next time I’m eating a frozen pizza from Walmart at a fraction of the price

Very good wings and pizzoli
This is my first time trying a Marco’s anywhere and I was pleasantly surprised. The pizzoli was tasty with excellent crust in both texture and flavor. Even though the wings were baked they had good flavor and I did enjoy them. I will definitely try this again to see how their pizza and other items tastes.

I really like Marco’s Pizza. It’s my go-to, chain pizza joint. When I moved down here, I was thrilled there was a Marco’s about 10 minutes south of me. I’ve ordered several times since moving here. It’s always been good and my interactions with the staff have always been good.
It’s Tuesday, 16 July 2024, and they had their BOGO Free offer as usual. We frequently get this offer. But when I got home this time with my order, I was disappointed. They skimped on the toppings.
I know we bought a deal; but the company chooses to offer the deal. The quality of the product should not go down when there is a deal. Consistency of quality for a business is important.
To the management: don’t ruin a good thing. The franchise you own / run has provided you a great business model, name recognition, quality products, and a standard to live up to so you can build your business and be successful. Cutting corners in any aspect of your business can have significant, negative repercussions. I don’t want to see that happen for anyone… Particularly my go-to pizza place. You can do better. I know you can. I’ve experienced.

Finally found a Marcos! We had seen advertisements however none in our home area. Glad we did-great service from the get go and an excellent pie. We put our own ingredients on a thin crust! Ingredients were plentiful and sausage was spiced just right and big. Passed the reheat test the next day. Also ordered an Italian sub to go which I ate in two sittings. Loved the oil and vinegar dressing-not skimpy. When in area will be back.

Some really great hot and available delivery pizza for those late night snacks we ordered a pizza and it was made and delivered quickly and as we asked for it I love getting my marco‘s pizza from this location when we are down here at the beach it is great and the owner is awesome. If I could give this pizza 0 stars I would. I ordered a PEPPERONI magnifico, add jalapeños, and garlic sauce on the side. Remember how it’s called the pepperoni magnifico? There is not a single SLICE of pepperoni on this pizza ANYWHEREEEEE. I will be there at exactly 11am tomorrow to get a pepperoni pizza. CAN I PLEASEEEEE GET THE PIZZA I ORDERED??????

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with this Marco’s Pizza location was unacceptable. I placed an order that included breadsticks, but they were never delivered. When I called to get the issue resolved, they repeatedly hung up on me and offered no solution or compensation.
Not only was the order incomplete, but the customer service was completely unprofessional and dismissive. I’ve always believed mistakes can happen, but the way this location handled it shows a complete lack of care for their customers.
Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.

Last of a breed
I guess I’m making a new review. My previous review was a “best pizza,Chicago style”. So it’s been a while since having a Marco’s, well, what a disappointment. I was thinking it while my hubby said”this doesn’t taste like a Marco’s pizza”, for sure. It’s missing something, not a good taste, kind of salty and hardly any of that good red sauce, what is going on? I’m getting ready to call the store.

Amazingly Good! Best doggone pizza we’ve had in a long time. We ordered the XL Hawaiian and Chessy Bread, delivered to the Lakeside Cabins in Gulf State Park. Pizza and bread arrived hot, by a friendly delivery man. We will certainly be ordering again!
