A very bad ending to Mother’s Day.
The two pepperoni pizzas were inedible with the amount of grease LITERALLY dripping off the slices. My specialty pizza “the works” had no cheese and the veggies were raw.
I tried to leave feedback on www.tellmarcos but their whole website is atrocious, both to order off of or leave any feedback.
I am more than furious.
Please do not leave a generic comment for me to visit the feedback page on your website because I already wasted 15 minutes of my time trying to do so.

Marco pizza is usually my go to spot. When We want a wonderful pizza. But last night me and my wife ordered a pizza and it looked wonderful But the dough had a distinct taste. We woke up this morning both of us sick to the stomach. I don’t think Marco pizza is my go to spot no more.

Walked in to place. My order stood at the cash register for 11 minutes. Several employees in the very back were cleaning. Looked at me none acknowledged, nor did they take my order.

Tonight was our first time to order from Marco’s. Had heard great things about them, but had never tried their pizza. I have to say probably the best pizza we’ve had in years! The lady that answered the phone was friendly, very helpful and made it very easy to place our order. Extremely generous with the toppings and outstanding taste! We will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you Marco’s!

Ordered a small, deluxe, thin crust pizza with extra cheese, plus other pizzas, through DoorDash. When the food arrived the small pizza looked like a garbage Digiorno cheese pizza. I’m talking about worse than Chuck E Cheese pizza. See the picture. When we called the store to get it fixed they said they did not have a driver to bring the right pizza and DoorDash would not help them (which is true). Brie, the manager on duty, said we could come get a replacement. No problem. Our daughter was on her way home and could swing by and get it. BUT, Brie’s boss has not empowered his employee to make a reasonable decision to replace the pizza they screwed up. Instead, they want US to bring THEM the pizza THEY screwed up and refuse to provide the pizza WE ALREADY PAID FOR unless we return the Chuck E Cheese garbage. And they admitted that they intend to immediately trash the pizza anyway.

We have been ordering from this Marco’s since 2020. Every delivery and pickup has been perfect. Pizza is always hot. The in-house staff and delivery drivers are very nice and considerate. I even order for the school I work for and the delivery has never been less than perfect. Thank you guys!

EDIT: after a messed up order [photo attached] and filling out an online survey, the manager did send me an email with a wonderful store credit for my next order [$15 off], to make up for the mess-up. VERY good store managment compared to some other places I have had experience with! UNFORTUNATLY, I am required to *call* in order to get my credit on the next order… it would be much prefered if I had been given a ‘code’ to use when ordering online. I paid full price tonight because I can’t make the call for personal reasons.
