Marco’s has been my go to pizza shop since they opened. The quality of their sauces, cheese, dough, menu variety and especially their deals have always great. Staff is usually really friendly and never much of a wait.
Recently, last few orders have not been on point. Kind of you eat it because you’re hungry and are not waiting and returning but definitely not enjoyable nor enticing a new order. Silly mistakes that make the difference like almost no sauce when extra sauce was ordered.
Great pizza when made correctly so check your order before you leave the store if possible. I will definitely order again and hopefully these small issues will be addressed by then. Give them a try for sure!

On the night of Thursday, December 4th my sister ordered 2 large pizzas, a Cheezy Bread and a Pizzoli from this location for delivery. She requested and paid for extra cheese on the Cheezy Bread. It did not have extra cheese. Each of the 2 large pizzas were missing a topping.
She called numerous times up until almost closing time to try to report the issues. Each time no one answered the phone. She said she could tell that someone would just pick up the phone and immediately put her on hold.But no person would ever speak with her.
It is such a shame. She has ordered regularly from this location for years and has never had her order wrong until this past Thursday. And she always leaves a generous tip when she pays for her order online. What has happened to this particular location???

I wish so bad when I order pizza at my job and can’t leave because I work in the medical field that the other location on Ross Clark could bring my orders because every time I order here it’s a problem normally I don’t say anything but guess what my receipt said no mushrooms on purpose (I ordered the works pizza) but I got mushrooms and I’m allergic it was suppose to have bacon but no bacon! So basically I paid almost 40.00 with tip that’s not shown because my delivery driver did not give me one so I just used the pizza box receipt to only eat cinnamon bread because I don’t like wings I just ordered them for my coworkers! I’m pissed I hope corporate see this! I have been ordering for years in different places not just this state or city but this location always get it wrong!

They gave me someone elses pizza, which I realized before I left the parking lot. I had to pay again to get my pizza! Paying twice because they messed up! Now $50 for a single pizza and hopefully get a refund for the wrong pizza in 3-5 business days. Over a $1 difference! My options were to pay twice or no pizza! Ghetto!

I recently ordered from Marco’s Pizza, and it was an outstanding experience! The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients, especially the fresh toppings and the perfect crust—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The variety on the menu ensures there’s something for everyone, and they really know how to make a delicious pizza. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. Highly recommend Marco’s if you’re craving a great pizza!

Love this place!! Their pizza is like nobody else’s and is my favorite. The portions are good size. The crust is good, not too garlicky. All the toppings are evenly distributed. They are pricey compared to others but you get what you pay for. They don’t take a crazy amount of time and every time we call they’re friendly and the Atmosphere is Welcoming when we go inside. Definitely recommend!! Go! They have good pizza!

Very disappointed in the food at the Main St. Dothan Alabama location. Everytime we get pizza from there it’s different even tho we order the same thing. Either it’s not our pizza or they forget something. We ordered a deluxe and garlic Parm wings and the pizza was missing the garlic crust we ordered,was cut like a child cut it and the wings were extremely spicy. One time out order was correct and amazing there were 2 young boys cooking and taking orders… Today it was grown adults who seem as following directions were impossible to do. I think we will find alternatives for pizza for a while. Get your act together Marcos because when it’s good it’s really good

Stopped here for lunch today. The pizzioli and pizza were great. Took them 10 .in for a pizza like and a medium pizza. Very fast. Very friendly staff. We would order from this location again.
