We ordered 3 pizzas for pickup paid in advance. We had the ordered repeated back to us.When we arrived there were only 2 pizzas we were told the system messed up. So we ordered the 3pizza again. After 25 minutes we went to the counter and were told we ordered it for door dash. We were IN MARCOS. And if we wanted a pizza we’d have to order it again and wait 30 mins. The manager came out, no apologies or offers to make it good. Just a warning to check and make sure we weren’t charged. This was the 4th time this football season we have ordered the same order. Also blaming us and the system for getting the orders wrong is HORRIBLE customer service. We waited over a hour, did not get our 3d pizza and missed a quarter of our football game. So thank you MARCOS for making this a Saturday to remember. Remember to never order pizza from Marcos again.

We were dining in and ordered our food. We were told after we paid that it would be THIRTY MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. We had just left Midtown Pizza Kitchen that had a 25 minute wait. Never again will I dine in at Marcos.

My mother ordered a pizza from Marco’s when she was leaving Belk thinking it would be ready when she got there. Boy was she wrong. Meanwhile, 50 minutes later I’m trying to call her to find out what’s taking so long. Turns out she’s sitting in her car still waiting on the pizza. I told her to go ahead and leave but she stayed. So I call Marco’s and all the girl can tell me is that they were extremely busy. So to recap, my mother waited on a carryout pizza for an hour because they were busy. No discounts, no coupons and no apologies. All because they were busy.

I ordered a carry-out medium pepperoni which took less than 20 minutes. When they opened the box to show me, I decided to start eating it right away…why wait. It was already fresh, hot, greasy and extra cheesy.

Best pizza place around. Whether you pick up or they deliver, they’ve always have hot food and their drivers have the great and positive attitude. There is no better pizza place in Prattville, Millbrook or Montgomery in my opinion. As I write this review I realize I’m gonna have them tomorrow night as well

This review is solely based on my last order experience with this location, every other time has been excellent, hot pizza delivered in a timely fashion. We always tip $10, on top of all of the other fees, no matter the size of the order. We have been ordering from this location for at least 4 years, and have always been pleased that they do deliver to us since other closer pizza places do not. When I ordered about a month ago I got a call after placing and paying for the order and was told that our address was outside of their delivery area and they wouldn’t be delivering to us. I told them that must be new because we had never had a problem before and their site allowed me to place the order. They said that we could come pick up the order, so I sent my husband to pick it up. When he got there they requested payment (which I had already paid online) and since they had only then “gotten paid” they hadn’t even begun to make the order. My husband had to wait at least 30 minutes at the store for the order to be prepared. Seems they would’ve just switched the order in their system to pick up instead of delivery and had the order ready when he arrived, considering I told them we were coming to pick it up. Here’s the kicker, I just went to the website today to see if it would still let me place a delivery order, and it sure enough does. This website problem should be fixed, as with other pizza websites when I put in my address it tells me we are outside of their delivery area. This was our favorite pizza place to order from, so it really stinks. Yes, I could call in to see if they will deliver or not, but their website should work so that people get what they are expecting to get.
