Ordered delivery today and the young lady who took my order was not only friendly and professional she was very helpful as well, she gave us options and explained the cost well. The food was great! Very flavorful and tasty and unlike other pizzas we have had from other chains Marcos didn’t skimp with the toppings and the thin crust was perfect. Well worth the money spent today.

This establishment is amazing. My food is always accurate and a good temperature. Jennifer is amazing and always willing to help when she can. Marcos supports our local schools and youth sports. I ordered a pizza said it would in 35 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes after order paid and was told to pull into a parking spot. 45 minutes later no pizza. Had to cancel my order and get a refund. In the future if you are 1 hour behind tell me and could save us all frustration. Lost my business forever not that matters. Only my second bad review in 15 years. A simple sir my apologies we are really behind really behind. Would you like to wait or would you like a refund. I would have said I understand thank you for letting me know. This generation knows absolutely nothing about customer service.

I’ve been a frequent customer of this location for almost 2.5 years now and I won’t eat pizza anywhere else. Everyone has their favorite style, and I’ve had pizza all over the country including NY, Chicago, and everywhere in between–but Marco’s holds a special place in my heart! The garlic parm crust is the absolute best of anywhere I’ve tried, the staff are always friendly and eager to help, and I just can’t find a better value anywhere else! Team Marcos!

My family and I eat at this restaurant all the time and we have not had any complaints until today. I got so many banana peppers on my sub that it literally destroyed the taste. I also paid for meatballs to be placed on the sub and they gave me 1.5 meatballs, this is sad. All would have been forgiven UNTIL I called the store to inform them. The young girl who answered didn’t give a care in the world. She literally told me that there was no manager there and she was to busy to talk to me. Wow, I had to keep my cool, she said “I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do”. This girls attitude has canceled a place that we actually enjoyed eating at. My family & friends WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I can only hope the owners care more about their customers than that young lady that answered the phone, in which I had to call 3 times to even get them to answer the phone. This happen on 12/14/2024 @ 5:24pm.

I have always picked Marcos if we are getting wings. All other pizza places locally have gummy skinned wings and now Marcos follows suit. Nasty gummy skinned wings. And most of my veggie pizza is full of all black olives. No other veggies, few onions, a few mushrooms and black olives

We have ordered from this Marcos weekly for almost a year now and I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience. We usually order online and have it delivered which have always been very fast. the food has been consistently good and orders are 99% accurate to what we ordered which is unheard of these days! Very friendly staff and owner. Thank you for your dedication to good food/service for a fair price. Keep it up!

Ordered ahead of time online. This is the second time this store has forgotten about me. And left me sitting in the parking lot. I finally drove around to the window because I noticed that my pizza had been ready for 10 minutes, it was sitting on the tray and no one brought it out. The manager who looked like she was 17 came out and tried to blame it on how busy it was. The first time I asked about it, the person went in there and asked about it with the kitchen staff. She didn’t even check the tray cart where it was sitting. Neither did the manager. She finally went back in and there it was right in front of her on the tray cart near the door. Like I said this is the second time Ive been left in the parking lot, totally forgot about me. It’s not hard to make 2 pizzas people. It shouldn’t take an hour. And I tip every time, even though they had done me wrong before. Horrible service. By the way, I worked at Pizza Hut. I know what it’s like, working at a pizza place. There were plenty of people that could have been checking the ready cart/tray. Apparently they didnt care.
