I ordered a Pizza last night and I understand that it was a Friday night and they were busy. However I was given a 6:24 pm delivery time which was an hour out which was completely fine. They then updated it to 6:45 pm and still fine. The pizza gets here at 7:35 pm and was cold we literally had to warm it up in the oven. No apology and the texts from the delivery driver was very rude. I will no longer be ordering pizza from here.

we ordered a pizza last night and we were 8 miles away, which was indicated to them on the location. They indicated it was going to be about 30 to 40 minutes and they would text or call me. I received no calls for the first hour and five minutes. I then called and found out after I talked to two individuals prior to the manager, that the order was canceled because it was outside their service area. That was not told to me originally when I put in the order. It was too late to get into town and get any food since we were on the lake.. Horrible customer service and did not indicate they were sorry whatsoever. Again, I received no call. 0 out of 5.

Comically bad. The last three orders: mushroom and bell peppers, received both, plus pepperoni, which our friend cannot eat. They remade the order, was fine after another drive to pick it up.
Next order was pepperoni, paid for XL and received a large (much smaller). Management dod not care when brought to their attention and acted like I was lying even when I brought the pizza back in the Large box with receipt showing XL. Tonight, ordered a xl sausage and mushroom. Showed up 25 minutes after order and they said that I had 75 orders in front of me and would be another hour and a half. I had them cancel the order.
This place is awful. The staff seems to be trying hard and are friendly, but management clearly doesn’t care and sets them up for failure. Shameful, and their franchise should be pulled. Cullman has very few pizza options and this place squanders their market share. It’s embarrassing and unacceptable. Local management makes the brand look like garbage. Never again.

First of all, the person who took our order Christine was fantastic! She was well spoken and very professional! Sadie was the delivery driver and when she told me she made sure that she grabbed cheese and peppers because she saw it on the notes and didn’t realize it had been added at the store, that kind of initiative is what I look for in my employees. The food got here and was piping hot, we love Marcos but, this however has been the best experience ever. For us ordering delivery, it starts with the person taking the order and ends with the appearance and professionalism of the driver. From the phone to the final delivery of great pizzas, this was the best experience I have ever had ordering delivery pizza. Marcos Pizza Cullman, you did great! Please give kudos to both Christine as well as Sadie!

The food is great but the service is so atrocious that I genuinely can’t keep coming here. Each time without fail, regardless of how much time I order in advance and pay ahead of time I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru or waiting in the lobby with radio static while the entire staff curse and scream in the back. No hello, no “be with you in a moment” – nothing. Totally ignored. I try to ask for someone after waiting about 5 minutes in the lobby, they make eye contact and turn away. Like… hello? Walking in here feels like entering the Twilight Zone. There’s about 20 people in the back literally just standing around talking and maybe 2 people actually working. I once had to flag someone down (my pizza was RIGHT there in the window) and they said “uh I don’t know just wait we’re still making it” only for another person to come up 5 minutes later and hand me my cold pizza that was in fact just sitting there. She also slammed the window rudely and didn’t say a word. The staff here has ruined this place and management needs to step in at this point. It’s ridiculous. There’s nothing special here that I can’t get elsewhere with better service.

The young man that took my order had my order correct, even down to the receipt. The maker of the pizza didn’t follow the directions so the pizza wasn’t correct. I can’t consume red sauce (acid) so they only put garlic sauce on the crust. Called back because the order was wrong and the person in charge was very rude!!! I didn’t want my money back. I did need the pizza remade. Oh well….from now on it shall be no more local pizza. To Mellow Mushroom I shall go 🙂

I waited 10 mins at the window to pick up my food but had to flag someone down walking by for help. My second time I waited 10 mins at the window while two people stood by the register. I had to call them for the guy to pick up, look at me, and then waited 10 more minutes until they finally walked to me. My third time I had to wait 15 minutes and ran over the ring line multiple times while I watched them stand there near the counter talking to each other with no customers in the store screaming and cursing. Someone walked by and I asked if I should come inside and they said that someone will be with me and kept walking. A girl finally came by, gave me my food, and shut the window without saying anything.
Foods good, but the service is pretty atrocious. A simple answering the window when it’s rung, giving me my food, and a goodnight suffices for 5 stars.

Does not take me to flavor town. The cinnamon chocolate dessert is not the one. I don’t wanna say any names but most of the competitions desserts and pizzas are currently blowing Marcos away. Have had Marcos a handful of times but this was my first personal purchase. I did complain to my friends about how much it cost for what quality was received. I even opted for the garlic butter and seasonings on the crust but it was lackluster. Would have been happier with tacos or the neighbors pizza unfortunately and spent less. And I do feel like this was the best attempt that Marcos had to offer. The employee made the best pie they could. It just wasn’t that good. The drink refrigerator could be a little colder as well. Competition has colder 2 liters than what I received.

It was our first time eating here and The kids loved it and so did my husband and I! We will definitely order again! Nobody ever puts enough cheese but y’all’s was perfect and the sauce is very lite loved that !
