Pretty disappointing experience. We walked in and it smelled great. As soon as we started ordering things began going down hill. The cashier literally didn’t speak to us. I believe she was being trained but it was a very uncomfortable experience. We got pizza and wings. The pizza was marginal at best – – the bacon tasted borderline rancid. The wings were nearly inedible. I’m not quite sure what was wrong with them but they were slimy. The strange interactions with the cashier continued. We dined in and were provided with no utensils, plates, or napkins. The staff seemed baffled by this request and just gave us a blank stare. The kitchen staff seemed friendly and smiled at us through the glass. One of the kids making the wings did brush off his hands over our wings – – hand particles aren’t my favorite seasoning. Probably won’t go back.

The only good thing is it’s close to the Summer Port park making it easy to get hot food quick and within walking distance.
Food took as expected time wise. Pizzas, cheese bread and salad all felt premade and not very fresh. Total cost $32.
I’d probably pass on this one and try the one next door like Stromboli or Josie’s instead, which are 5 minutes down the street near Publix.

Pizza was ready fast. However, I don’t know what has happened at this store. The toppings this time were practically non existent. Chicken Florentine had 14 small pieces of spinach and 16 small pieces of chicken!!! Several pieces had no ch8cken nor spinach!! The Ultimate had hardly any meats or vegetables as well! What the heck!! I am so disappointed!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Marco’s Pizza, thanks to their outstanding customer service. An employee went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, promptly addressing a minor issue with my pizza with a friendly attitude. The staff are great. They always have a minute to chat with you. They are very polite, friendly and seem genuine in asking how your day is going. For a chain the food is good and reasonably priced.

Trey was super friendly, attentive and quick. There was a mixup (my fault) with the order, but he worked quickly to resolve the issue.
The manager on duty (bald guy) gave him a hard time about mistakes but was an honest mistake that was partly my fault.
If anything, the order management from the manager on duty wasn’t where it should’ve been as the order estimate was 5:30 and wasn’t ready until 5:50.
To the manager, take a second to understand (or even ask) what happened before putting blame on a friendly and helpful employee.

What to say about Marco’s Pizza?
The ingredients are really fresh and delicious. They did a great job at making it very tasteful without it being salty as well. The breadsticks are great. They are following the guidelines to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and so fast can’t open their dining room but pizza to go is always great.
They had a promotion in which you’d get free breadsticks by filling out a survey. I did it, wrote down the code on the receipt as requested, but still was charged for the item even though I told the employee on the phone when I placed the order. Oh well.
Other than that, good job.

Okay, so I have to say… Joshua at Marco’s is literally the best. Every time I go in, he’s so sweet and always makes my day. He’s super quick with orders, but somehow still takes the time to make you feel special. And don’t even get me started on his curly hair—it’s actually perfect. He’s just effortlessly good-looking and has the best energy. If Marco’s had a star employee, it’s him. Lowkey, I might start going there just to see him.

Our family has ordered Marco’s on many occasions. They are our go to pizza place since moving to FL. I crave the Philly steak pizza and devour a small size by myself, it’s so good! Tonight, our driver forgot a piece of our order (it happens!) and the store quickly made it right. They really are fantastic!
