I’ll start off by saying it’s not the greatest pizza, but it’s good and made exactly the way I ordered it. I will say the service was great Sunny had my order ready right on time for pickup and the Tuesday online BOGO is an awesome deal. Definitely worth it!

Short staff problem, I ordered my pizza on a Sunday night at around 620ish, with the supposed wait time for 30 minutes. It didn’t get done until 715ish. The track order wasn’t working so I walked in to pick up my order at the supposed time, waiting there for 20 minutes. They were only two people working, one in the store making all the pizzas, the other person delivering, taking orders over the phone nonstop AND help making pizzas. Like seriously?? I felt terrible due to them being way behind orders and stressing with the amount of people waiting in the lobby. The owner needs to step it up on getting more people in the store on the weekends and on busy nights! I get the busy of the store is unpredictable but only two in the store on a weekend?? That’s just common sense.. You make a dollar, while the crew is making a dime sweating.. you are in control.. DO BETTER for your crew!

I walked in, being met at the counter by Sal. I ordered one pie. Sal informed me for only $6 I could get another 2-topping pie, an offer I happily accepted.
The food came out within the promised time and was delicious.
The seating area and bathroom were clean and organized.

So disappointed in my experience tonight. We have ordered dozen of times with no issue. I normally get the same order every time. They messed up both of our pizzas giving us red sauce vs our regular white sauce (Alfredo). We realized the pizza tasted off and it took us a minute to realize why. I called up to tell them about the error. The guy said sorry, but no resolution offered. I said shall I come in to get our correct order? His response was you can come in, but it’ll be a new order and you have to pay. He then proceeded to tell me that the last time I got an order I got red sauce. I highly doubt that, but if we did for some reason we were lucky though we didn’t realize. He tried to tell me that we set a precedent.I’m like are you kidding me???? I verbally said to the girl.I get the same order every time.Gluten free crust, white sauce, spinach, tomato and feta. You would think that they can see that we are loyal customers and right the wrong, but nope!! Shitty service tonight unfortunately!! Going in the garbage.

Marcos recently went to a new web portal. The ability to order a “Build Your Own” pizza was lost. The site has a scroll down menu for the crust and toppings BUT it will not scroll down.
I have struggled with that multiple times and commented about it on Marco’s feedback process to no avail. Management sucks. Testing retail ordering portal is BASIC and nobody seems to have done that.

I ordered a pizza at 9:45 showed up at 10:05… restaurant was CLOSED. Paid online and everything. I am in disbelief. Called 3 times no answer. Store clearly states on door they close at 11.

My Calzone had missing ingredients and no side sauce. It was disgusting with no taste. I called to inform them of the missing items. A girl answered and started talking to a guy. He was saying the order was hours ago and she was telling him it wasn’t. He obviously didnt remember, which shows how bad the workers are. She told me to report it to Uber. No apology or concern. I told her I would be writing a bad review and she hung up.

The delivery driver left the food on the ground (there’s a bench right by the front door)! I assume this was done because I tipped on the phone. So there was no reason to knock and wait until I answered. One time is all it takes. You won’t get another order from me!

PLEASE BEWARE. My family and 3 small children ate almost the ENTIRE pizza for me to bite into a huge piece of plastic???! Not only is it jagged but it was clearly baked INTO the pizza because the cheese is melted into it. I love Marcos but this is unacceptable. Can’t imagine how bad the outcome could’ve been.

Ordered two large specialty pizzas and 1 wasn’t what we ordered. Where’s the sauce? This is the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Dry, drought is what I would describe it as.
Truly surprised, don’t sleep on Marco’s Pizza!! It’s been years since I’ve eaten a pizza from them. Thursday was a Marco’s Pizza night at our community, so why not. We decided on 2 large Ultimate Magnifico pizzas. Picked up in the stated time which was 15 minutes. Pizza was hot, delicious and yummy. Wished we hadn’t waited so long.
