Worst business to deal with!!! 3 times I have ordered recently & they fraudulently charged my card for items they didn’t deliver. Tonight’s delivery order had been tampered with, 2 liter of soda had already been opened. When I called Marcos for a replacement I was told as soon as the driver got back to the store they would send him back with a replacement, well that never happened nor was my card credited for the cost.
Ordered delivery last week the order was missing drinks, driver said he would have them credit my card, again never happened. Before this it was a missing Ig cheese & steak sub, never got a credit for this either! THREE STRIKES – tonight I deleted my account. Hudson has a GREAT HONEST pizza place, MAMA MIA’S on Hudson Ave & their pizza is FANTASTIC & you always get what you pay for.

We ordered delivery directly and during our orderer requested for extra blue cheese. Did not ask for free. Thought it was part of the charge… So delivery person showed up and chastised the person that these are Not going to free the next time…. We never thought they were… So Hence …….. NO TIP to delivery…… Special note….. People can state something but you don’t have to be condescending……. TY

I ordered 15 pizzas for my child’s birthday because of the price and the quality is better than other chains.
An hour before the party I went to pickup my order and was shocked! The store failed to inform they charge a 15% service charge on orders over 100$
Resulting in a 27$ charge.
Ridiculous and deceptive business practices.

Great place. I highly recommend trying it out. The food is really good here and the staff is always nice. It is clean and neat and the prices are good. I tried to get some good photos since we got here right as they opened and there was no one else here. If you are thinking of stopping by I recommend trying it out. Enjoy!

Horrible UI experience when ordering. Also this is my first order to this location and the order was wrong. It feels like no one’s actually reading the ingredients… they actually asked me to return the pizza to get a new pizza (they didn’t even take it).

I always get the barbecue pizza, and normally it’s delicious.
This time myself and my entire family was shocked how bad the pizza was.
The dough tasted funny there wasn’t any BBQ sauce on it and the cheese was funky. I ordered 3 of them and everyone was the same way.

We used to love this little pizza shack when we lived in springhill, so we were excited to give it a try while we were back in town visiting. Unfortunately things have definitely changed. Its funny i came on here to write a review addressing the terrible management at this location, and the first review i seen was about the manager being terrible. If you can get past that the pizza wasn’t quite what it used to be, but it’s still pretty good.

Been ordering here for years. We live like 5 min away but in a weird location, so there map always brings up as non delivery. Never been an issue and honestly we really like the rest of the staff here. And tip very well for it every time. But, apparently the new manager was more worried about being abrasive to customers instead of keeping customers in a small town. We actually heard by our neighbors they don’t care to order from them when the manager is on staff either. Seems like one person is going to put a dent in another small restaurant here in springhill. unfortunately all it takes is one. Hopefully the manager doesn’t last long and the original guys we dealt with keep it running the way it used to.
