This place is getting worse and worse. I called at 604pm amd the lady said it will be delivered in 30 mins. 715pm rolls around and we get a text it will be delivered at 740pm. It was a pizza bowl, med pjilly thin crust and a diet dr pepper. An hour and 40 mins. Between shifts apparently they use door dash? I loved this marcos when I first moved here. But it has turned to crap. Oh and they can change on the holding music “your time is important to us”. Prove it!!! Liz the manager is incredible. That’s all you all have at night good going on in that store.

I’ve ordered from Marco’s more than a few times, and I’ve finally decided to give them a review. Service is always good, with the staff being friend, courteous, and attentive, whether it’s the delivery driver at my door or staff on the phone. Anytime I’ve had an error in my order, they apologize profusely and correct it right away. The food always arrives hot and delicious. I prefer their thin crust pizzas, typically topped with sausage. It’s reminiscent of the thin crust pizzas I had growing up in Chicago. They do offer a curbside pick up option which is convenient for those days when you’re having a day. Their specials are pretty good, and even without them, the pricing is pretty fair. In terms of chain pizza, probably the best around this county for taste, quality, and value.

Very quick, clean, and friendly service. I ordered online and was able to pick up my food pretty quickly. It was hot and smelled soo good!
I am not a huge pizza lover whatsoever, but husband was wanting to try Marcos since he’s never had it. It was very delicious! It was hot, fresh, and very cheesy which I loved. My only critique would be, the toppings seem to concentrate in the middle, so you’ll def get great bites with lots of toppings, but as you eat the end of your slice, you may not get many toppings. The pepperoni picture kinda shows it best.. Tons of pepperonis in the middle and they kinda disperse on the ends. It didn’t bother me, which is why I gave five stars because I do think they deserve it. Just something to note.
The cheesy bread is okay. It’s not my favorite, but it’s not bad. Could be cheesier and less bready in my opinion. I do not eat pizza very much as previously stated, but I do eat cheese bread a lot lol. I tried to take a photo to show case that, but honestly not a big deal at all especially if you dip yours in sauce.
Overall review is I Would buy the pizza again. It was delicious, hot, and fresh, plus how cheesy the actual pizza was I really really liked! On that note- the toppings were fresh too. I had onions and peppers on my pizza and I love the snap they still had even after being cooked. Awesome job guys!

First tine visit. I will start with the pizza. We ordered 2 large pies for dine in. After 50 minutes, the pizza was finally done. It was Friday at 520, so understandably busy. The pizza was fantastic, and so was the service. What was a turn off was the fast food atmosphere, including delivering the pizza in the to go box to the table. I probably will not return to dine in, but I will probably order take out at some point. Some music would help as would serving pizza on a pan.

I love good pizza! That’s why I stopped patronizing chain store pizza places years ago. But let’s face it, sadly, Crystal River is a pizza desert. I found myself near downtown CR when a pizza craving struck. What to do? And so, with trepidation (and low expectations), I broke my long-standing aversion to chain store pizza, and I ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico from Marcos. After all, if it was awful, my wallet would only be ten bucks lighter. ♀️
Oh my! This pizza far exceeded my expectations. The crust was good, and the sauce was tasty. It was LOADED with delicious pepperoni, and it was cooked to perfection. The pepperoni was not oily and had that perfect crispness. The cheese was fresh and generously applied. WOW!
The pizza is excellent. Try one!

I called them first thing in the morning yesterday and said I need 12 pizzas for the homeless. They did not hesitate and was very forthcoming on fulfilling my order. Very nice people at the Crystal River store. They even helped me carry my pizzas out to my car. Thanks to them we fed 42 homeless people yesterday❤️
