I have been buying from this location since we moved down here last year. They’ve always been accommodating. Tonight I ordered my daughter’s pizza with no cheese and I accidentally ordered it with white sauce. I guess I must have hit it on accident when I was making the order online. I normally make her pizza with red sauce. When I called, he pointed out that I ordered it wrong. I asked if there was anyway he could just send out another pizza made the correct way since I never realized I ordered it wrong. I just assumed he made it wrong. He told me, “that’s not how this works”. I would think they would want to make their customers happy and just NOT argue and send one out anyway. That was not the case so he refused to send another one out, and I’m refusing to order from here again. He was rude and all they had to do was make it right. You lost a customer tonight.

We have been doing business with the Haines City Florida store for quite awhile now. What is the sense of putting a pick up time on the order and when you get there to pick it up ( on time) they tell you it will be at least another 30 minutes???? This store is so poorly run it’s not funny. We’ve had more problems with this place. Their online service is pretty nonexistent. Never lets you finish the order and it bumps you out. Then you call to place the order and they tell you that you can’t use your rewards for phone orders. Seriously, this is no way to run a business. I’d appreciate it if someone from your corporate office would give me a call. The management at this store is useless. Last issue we had he said he would definitely fix my issue and never did. I was supposed to get a credit put back on my card and that never happened. I’ve called numerous times about it and It’s already been almost 4 months so I’m guessing it won’t happen. Thank you for listening

Ordering a cheese pizza and paid extra for pineapple. Got to the store to pick up. They said “we’re out of pineapple.” Disappointed no one called me to ask if we wanted a different pizza. Attendant didn’t offer to refund the extra we paid for the topping. Then we got home and there’s no icing for the cinnamon rolls. Extremely disappointed and not a good experience.

What the hell did you do to your pizza. I was a truck driver would order Marcos where ever I could. Love the old world pepperoni what the hell is thecut up pieces on the pizza. Did not see any old world pepperoni. Extremely disappointing. Telling my neice ad sister in law how great Marco’s pizza is. Had to apologize for ruining their lunch. Even the cheesy bread was nothing to write home about.

I just wanted to let the people that run this particular store that the night shirt employee named Dahmel did and amazing job with me, he went out of his way to fix an order on doordash that was going to come up different than what I ordered unbeknownst to me. I truly appreciated what the young man did and he should be recognized by the company. Great job!

I placed an order with Marco’s Pizza at 9:44 PM on a Sunday and by 10:00 PM the status said “delivered.” The store is only about 12 minutes from me, but nothing was ever delivered to my house or even to my neighbors if by mistake. I immediately tried calling, but I was left on hold for over an hour. I continued to call from 10pm up until closing time. By the time midnight came around, the store had closed and I never received my food or any help.
This is completely unacceptable… paid for food I never got, no communication, no support, and no way to get help once they closed. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from here again.

Outstanding pizza. Great,simple to use app. Menu pizzas are customizable. I ordered two pizzas on the app for later pick up. The pizzas were ready for me when I arrived,exactly as ordered. The pictures of the pizzas speak for themselves.On the left is a cauliflower crust with grilled chicken, ham and onions. On right,a large meatball with mushrooms, onions and green pepper.Very generous toppings and cooked perfectly. If you are in the area and looking for great pizza,stop by Marco’s.
