I have eaten at this location twice previously with no issue. Today I felt odd after eating. I was here for at least 30 mins waiting for my food. I had dinner last night & ate breakfast early this morning with no issues in either case so it was definitely this pizza.

They made all my food wrong. I ordered a medium old world pepperoni and a Buffalo Pizzoli. The manager guy said there was Buffalo in the Pizzoli because he puts it at the bottom when it opened it it showed there was no buffalo, but he would not remake it. He thought he was right. They remade my pepperoni pizza, but it took an extra 30 minutes and got nothing but dirty looks from the guy. It’s not my fault they messed up. They didn’t even give the blue cheese for the buffalo when I asked twice. I’ve never experienced customer service like this at Marco’s before. By the time I got home the pizzoli was cold and my wife wasn’t satisfied with it.

The Philly cheese pizza is where it’s at! Tuesdays they have BOGOS! I’ve gotten delivery from them twice and the pizzas always come fast and are great. The drivers are always nice too. Today I got too extra large specialty pizzas , and with delivery and tip it came out cheaper than dominos! They have a lot of good coupons online on their website as well. My son loved his Philly cheese! The BBQ chicken was good too but it has red sauce along with BBQ I think it should just have BBQ the red sauce and bbq makes it a little runny and I don’t need the tomato flavor on a BBQ chicken. I’m sure there’s a way to change that by calling but I ordered online.

Joe was who made our experience here so great. We had an issue with a previous order and had some credit provided to us, but had some trouble redeeming it in their system. Joe went above and beyond to help us, was so kind and friendly throughout the entire process, and eventually got everything sorted out to our benefit. He is wonderful, and does an outstanding job. Never again. I ordered ahead and the pizza still took 30 minutes. 30 minutes and nobody was in the store. The one employee was very nice, but that has nothing to do with a 30 minute wait for a pizza I ordered in the app ahead of time. Why would you have just one employee on a Friday even if it’s only 4 PM? Never again am I going to a fast food pizza place and waiting 30 minutes for my pizza? Good wait there’s more. I didn’t even get the pizza I ordered. I ordered a thin crust. So thanks for nothing. But I will be disputing this with my credit card company for a chargeback.

I just wanna take a moment to appreciate the hard work the shift lead / manager, Angelo does . He really really cares about customers and what he feeds them . I used to work at a Marcos as a manager and his kindness and appreciation for the customer is top notch !

Ordered pizza for lunch and received it without it being sliced , Eric who says he’s the manager advised to just cut it . I advised Eric I was at work and didn’t have anything. I paid for delivery and he advised me to bring the pizza up there I advised him I paid for delivery why would I then drive to you ? Eric is very rude , unprofessional and based on his attitude probably lied about being the manager. Avoid this location
