I went in today because of the 30% off coupon that was online. I was blown away by the customer service, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the restaurant and the pizza was phenomenal. So very delicious. We normally go to Papa John’s on Sunday but this might be a new favorite. Brandon was so helpful and a delight to order from.

So I was excited to see one open in St Pete finally and tried it tonight. The wings were actually good the pizza meh not really any flavor or taste. It’s on par with other chains like dominos and Pizza Hut but if you think this will be anything like Toby’s little Italy or Gianni’s you’ll be let down. I remember the pizza tasting better in years past but who knows cost of ingredients is high and things change. Will I be back? Maybe for wings but I’ll pay up and get better tasting pizza elsewhere unless I have an amazing coupon like today which was 1 topping medium for 6.99.

After only 5 minutes of placing my order, I got a message stating that I had already picked it up. The app had just told me it would be 20 minutes and no, I did not yet pick it up. I went inside and to my surprise, I only had to wait like 3 more minutes and my order was ready. Super fast service l was surprised, and really good pizza! We got the Romasean Crust that’s to die for. I would give 10 stars! Super friendly & fast service plus TASTY to boot! My first time trying Marco’s and in those famous words;

I noticed the sign that said there’s new management, so I decided to stop by and give them a chance and honestly, it was the best decision I could’ve made. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued customer. And the pizza? Absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really tell that things have changed for the better. I’m glad I gave it a try, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The employees must have been huffing paint tonight because I’ve never seen a pizza this burnt actually get sent out. Zero quality control; it was burnt so bad that homie couldn’t cut the pizza right and hacked it to pieces. Inedible trash.

I called in an order for delivery because I was driving and the guy that answered sounded so annoyed, didn’t know how to enter a credit card and had to yell for help, and practically hung up on me without ever giving his name. I brushed it off because we all hate work sometimes. However an hour later the pizza still hadn’t arrived so I called to confirm it was on the way because we had people coming over for a birthday. The same guy answered and sounded annoyed, then told me don’t worry your pizza will be there in ten minutes. I waited another 25 minutes nearly an hour and a half after my pizza had been ordered and called to speak to a manager. The same guy answered and said he was the manager. I confirmed he was the manager and he said well I’m one of them. He said his name was Jordan and he remembered speaking to me the first time. When I told him I already called to make sure it was on the way he said let me see if we needed to remake it. He then checks and says oh my bad I rang it in as pick up. After I called thirty minutes prior to confirm and was told it would be there in ten minutes. I told him I would come pick it up because I couldn’t wait any longer as I had a family birthday party and people were here waiting for pizza. I went in to pick it up and he didn’t come over. In fact no one said anything they just handed me my cold pizza. Needless to say I will never order here again. Service is most definitely lacking and the pizza wasn’t great but I guess that happens after it sits for an hour.

1st we order a large pizza. We get there and they hand us a medium. I said we ordered a large and they opened it up and said it was just the wrong box. The pizza fit perfectly in the medium but they insisted it was actually a large.
One of the toppings we added was not included but I didn’t bother even saying anything. Neither of the employees seemed to give a darn from the beginning. Also didn’t add the seasoned crust we had selected.
Also they had nothing in the way of soda. Fridge was empty.
We used to love Marcos but they have gone down hill terribly at ALL locations we try.
