I recently moved to the area and decided to place a pickup order at Marco’s Pizza. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was especially impressed with the customer service from one of the team members—I believe his name was Jesse. He thanked me for my business and was genuinely warm and welcoming. It’s rare these days to find people who truly care about what they do, and it really stood out.
This was my first time trying Marco’s since I’m from out of state, and the pizza was top notch. Absolutely amazing!!!! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Highly recommend!

Mine said it would arrive before 6:56pm however it didn’t arrive till 7:48pm
We called twice to figure out where the driver was and how far.. kept getting told “10 min”
Food review:
Pizza- arrived cold… presentation was nice though. Good amount of pepperoni and cheese.
I requested light red sauce and I did not get light red sauce though… we also had to use our pizza cutter because it was not cut thoroughly.
Salad- weirdly arrived warm lol not sure if it was because it was on top of the pizza or what but unfortunately the lettuce was warm.. a LOT of cheese.. I mean a LOT. Barely any chicken.
All in all I’m disappointed it’s my 1st order and frankly I won’t be doing delivery again.
I wasn’t expecting perfect (I would be crazy to expect perfect) but I do expect transparency and at least warm pizza and cold salad for what we pay..
Definitely do pick up.. never delivery.

Never again. I placed my order at 5:23 with a quoted time of 5:52. My pizza was baking at 5:29, on the way at 6:06, and delivered at 6:52!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Oh, and they gave us pepperoni instead of sausage and forgot to flavor the crust! First and last time ordering here.

I really enjoy Marco’s pizza and have never had an issue at this location. They put an adequate amount of both cheese and toppings which is always a plus!!! I enjoy the free flavored crust as well and usually get both parmesan and garlic butter!!
My favorite topping there is bacon and I enjoy both the thin and regular crust. Meat lovers is also a fave for me! Boyfriend and I always do pick up as that is how we get the best deals. Love their online ordering system and online deals and am so happy that they finally put a rewards system in place.

Pizza arrived cold, the veggies in my salad tastes like olives but there are no olives on my salad. I received the wrong dressing and did not get the extra dipping sauce I paid for. Extremely disappointed
