Food is great when you get it fresh and the right order the first time! Other times not so much. Service is absolutely terrible. We had a party today and put in an order to be ready at a specific time – 12:15. They told me absolutely no problem and that it would be ready at 12:15. My husband arrived there late at 12:30 and they said it would be another 15 minutes until the pizza was ready. They hadn’t even started the order. He brought it home without checking it first (which I usually do but you shouldn’t have to) and the order was wrong. I ordered 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese. We received 4 cheese. Because this is the second time they have ruined our order, I am now leaving an honest review of my experiences. A few weeks ago we ordered delivery. The pizza took an hour and 15 minutes to get here after they stated 40 minutes. It arrived cold. The box was crushed and the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. We were hungry so we ate it. I had to re-heat the pizza and peel the toppings off the box and put them back on the pizza. I thought it was just a rough night for the driver so I gave him some grace. I’ve worked in plenty of restaurants. After the disappointment today with the order for our party, I am now thinking it’s a complete internal issue and not a one-off. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore. Unfortunately the other location doesn’t deliver to our home so we will have to either pick it up or settle for Domino’s if we need it delivered. I know that Marcos will respond to this and ask me to fill out a form to “make things right”. A very generic, don’t-care attitude response. And I shouldn’t have to go through the trouble of doing extra work for YOU to make YOUR FAILURES right. Terrible business practice. So I see an issue at this specific store with staff and an issue with whoever deals with their Google reviews. I highly recommend everyone steer clear of this store for delivery, if you have time restrictions, and if you want to receive your correct order.

Terrible service, terrible attitude, they just don’t care. Pick up my Pizza 40 mts after I ordered it. Not ready, their answer? It will be ready when it’s ready. Great customer service! It urn out that my order were ready for over 20 mts at the time I arrived to pick it up. So basically they have me waiting for over 20 mts when the pizza was ready for pick up. No apologies, nothing! I guess they were right, ready when its ready! Last time for me.

Ordered from here a couple times and just notice the size of the pizza all look the same. Small is 6 slices , medium is 8 slices and large is 8 slices but large is 12. If I’m paying a $3 difference for large compared to a medium, why isn’t there more slices in the box? The pizza itself does not look bigger it’s just cut extra small.

The best location! You’d think since Marco’s is a franchise and the food comes from the same distributors, it wouldn’t matter, but that’s not the case. Two other Marco’s in the area are horrible. The Eiland one is the best. Staff is fantastic too! The only downside is that sometimes delivery is hit or miss, but I prefer take out anyways.

Marco’s is by far the best pizza in Florida. The dough is like Italian, there’s plenty of toppings and a delicious sauce, and the ingredients are excellent. Highly recommended!
