We loved the Pizza and the customer service that we received. I read some bad reviews about the customer service, but based on my experience all I can say is that the service was excellent. We enjoyed the pizza and definitely will go there many more times.

Picked up an order as soon as they opened for a work party. General dining area was dirty (which means cleaning isn’t occurring the night prior) and someone’s child was running around unattended. Very loud personal conversations occurring in the back with no regard to a patron sitting in the dining space. Just very unprofessional in my opinion. In addition, online ordering is a benefit so that you can pick up your order at that time and not wait. Order was for 11:30. I arrived at 11:15. I was told my order wasn’t ready and I was “a little early”. To me, I was right on time as my order should have been being boxed up. But instead it was going into the oven. Order was ready shortly after my chosen time however, add the other issues and it isn’t a pleasant experience. Hoping the food redeems that.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Took me over an hour and a half to attempt to purchase on the app, supposed to get 25% off for a first time customer, app won’t pick the location closest to me, called the store and they wouldn’t honor the deal. Stop using the Chinese to build apps. Deleted the app and will never attempt to use them again. Bought dominos, too 2 min.

Never had a meal at this place, so I can’t comment the food. But what I ‘d like to comment, is how employees are treated at Marco’s Pizza at the location on State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach. I saw, I know someone that was bullied, terribly mistreated,…just because the young person wasn’t cool enough…. and when I stepped in and said something, the big guy-manager, put a nasty smirk on his face and proceeded to be a nasty a… with me. Horrifying abuse goes on there. I’d never could swallow a single bite at this place, knowing how abusive they are to young adults.

First time and probably last time ordering from Marco’s. My order was delivered late, the pizza and cheezy bread did not come with extra cheese like I ordered and paid for. The pizza was greasy and the chicken dippers were bready. Yes, just an overall bad experience.

While the pizza was good. The service is terrible. My family just moved here, so it was our first time there which I made known. I saw the commercial that advertised that the Lg Pepperoni Magnifico was $9.99, but I was charged $15.99. We spent $94 on our order, yet when I talked to the manager, he said that there is nothing he can do because I should have given the coupon code if I wanted the pizza for $9.99. I’m all about customer service and they were rude and didn’t care about providing proper customer service. My family loves weekly pizza night, but we definitely won’t be going back after this.
