This was the best pizza I’ve had in about a decade!! I love the thin crust. I also got extra cheese (which I love). The sauce is amazing. Everything was fresh. It was just delicious! The calzone was only $6 and was very tasty – but next time I’ll order double meat and cheese.

Stopped in to pick up an Uber order Feb 22, ’26 Sun nite, wearing an Uber Eats uniform. I could see the order I was to pick up – it was on a shelf – large pizza & cinnamon sticks. The employee looked at me & then started flattening a dough ball, put sauce & toppings on it, then put it in the oven. Then he waited for some cinnamon sticks and the pizza to roll out of the oven. After he finally boxed the pizza and the cinnamon sticks he asked who I was picking up for…then he brought the orher pizza and cinnamon sticks to me after it had lingered there so long and had become lukewarm. The bottom of the pizza box was no longer hot. I waited about 10 mins while he made another order, and he let our other customer’s order set there for all that time.

I ordered from Marco’s Pizza located just 0.9 miles from my home. At 7:22 PM, I received an email saying my order was out for delivery and should arrive within 13 minutes. After 30 minutes passed, I called the store to check on the status. I was told the driver was on the way. I waited another 30+ minutes and called again. This time, they said they’d call the driver and get back to me while I stayed on the line. Eventually, I was told the driver would arrive shortly.
The pizza finally arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes after it left the store. I asked the driver what happened, and he said the GPS sent him in the wrong direction. I can understand a slight delay, but this was completely unreasonable for a location that’s less than a mile away.
I contacted the store to let them know about the issue but have not received any follow-up. I am really disappointed in how this was handled. I expected much better communication and accountability.

Pizza was delivered by DoorDash not Marco’s. It was left at front door without knocking on the ground and ants got into it it. All over pizza. Slices were very inconsistent. See photo. I like Marco’s pizza but if they are going to use door dash I will Never order from them again. Also when I called To find out where pizza was person on phone for Marco’s was very short and rude. Very poor customer service. They have lost a customer.
Great that Marco’s tried to make up for DoorDash mistake by sending another pizza but sent me a pizza with toppings that my 6year old and I wont Eat. All we wanted was a plain cheese pizza, not pepperoni sausage and feta. Called DoorDash who delivered it again and they won’t refund because Marco’s received money. Bad experience and bad Saturday night. I will Never use DoorDash or Marco’s again. It is worth paying more for great pizza and service.

I ordered a specialty pizza for delivery and it was billed correctly but the pizza inside the box was totally wrong. I called the store and spoke to Desmond. I respectfully voiced my complaint and he treated me with courtesy. He sorted the problem and assured me I would have my correct order as soon as possible even if he had to deliver it himself. And he did. 20 minutes later he pulled up to my house and handed me my dinner. Thank you very much Desmond.

My husband and I went to Marco’s Pizza 8/5/2025 and brought a lg pizza with pepperoni and sausage, with a side order of Ten wings. Now the wings were good, but the pizza was so salty as if they put extra garlic salt plus salt on top of that. I told my husband we’ll never eat there again. This is the first time this has happened, ever at this location. And on top of that, the service is always so nasty , they act like they’ve got an attitude problem. As if they don’t want you to come into the store right now. I told my husband this is the last trip for us. Good bye.
