I wasn’t familiar with Marco’s until they opened a store near my place. I decided to give it a try on a random weekend, and since then I haven’t ordered from anywhere else, especially not the big chains. The pizza is consistently great, and the staff at this store is genuinely warm and friendly. Sheryar, in particular, always provides exceptional service. For me, this combination of great flavor and great customer service is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

I order my pizza on DoorDash . Wanted some comfort food and I know from experience Marco has good pizza. I have eaten in Warren MI, and Tampa ut this Marco has.bad service the first day the pizza was overwhelming with onions and bell peppers and the cheese bread was dry two days later I tried it again and my pizza was struck to the box and the bread was still dry this is the very last time ordering from this Restaurant don’t waste your money here.

They’re consistently incapable of properly sealing a pizza box. They’ll use the stickers for anything except safely sealing the food. Every single time. Must be really hard.

Today is the 2nd time I ordered from this place. I ordered ‘The Works’… it was horrible!! this is the worst pizza I’ve eaten in a while. This is on 15 St SW 37th Ave, Coral Gables.
I ordered on Uber eats, paid extra for Priority Delivery, when it finally arrived it was cold, not warm, I mean cold!! undercooked, I don’t think the Uber guy had it inside a hot bag. The ingredients where like if you took them out of a fridge bag, topped the dough and just warm it up. I’m telling you it was a bad pizza experience. I called Marko’s Pizza to tell them about their horrible pizza but they have n automated answering system that tells you to wait for attendant multiple times then after 10 minutes waiting, they hung up.
What a bad idea to order from this place, they have TV commercials, they’re wasting their money because once you tried them, you’ll never order again. Stay away, spare yourself the upset…. Pizza places are a dime a dozen, this is one of the worst!

I had to delete my last review in order to post this one. Every time I have ordered from this location something has been wrong or missing. This time it’s the crust toppers and the actual receipt. Which thank god i screenshot because otherwise I would probably be told I was wrong. The order number was #128. This is getting to be unacceptable.
I need to add, as I just bit into my pizza that my pepperoni half has absolutely NO SAUCE and I asked for WHITE SAUCE. While my boyfriend’s half with red is basically LIGHT sauce when he wanted regular amount.
The Miller location by Sédanos on 143ave is SO much better in its service. And after being a customer at that location before my move I am HIGHLY disappointed in this location because I was so excited to have one in walking distance

I don’t know what happened to this location, about a year ago the pizza was amazing quality and the customer service superb. The last two times I’ve gone it’s been a complete disaster. The last time I went one of the cashiers child was there, which I don’t blame her, I understand babysitters are expensive and everyone has their own issues. But to have the child running around with a ball of pizza dough is gross and to have the child come to our table continuously as if we have to take care of her? Is a no. That same that another worker came up to us and sat the child at our table and I’m guessing expected us to take care of her. I’m sorry but this is not what I’m expecting at any restaurant, fast food or not. The last time we went we had ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, it was overly greasy when we opened it, and there was about one pepperoni and mushroom per slice. I don’t know what’s going on. But I’ll definitely won’t be back to this location.

Ordered a pepperoni, got no pepperoni and don’t bother with the feedback form it’s a waste of time.
See, even in their reply to me where I say the form is useless they ask you to fill out the feedback form. All they will do is send you an email saying the exact same thing thats in their response to me below. An insulting waste of time.
