This is my go to pizza place! The pizza is delicious, freshly made and high quality with affordable prices. All of the staff is great, and Decarr (sorry if I misspelled) is one of the leaders/mgmt and he is always positive, friendly, and helpful. His welcoming energy makes my whole experience a great one. As a young person on a budget, I love how I can enjoy my favorite pizza without feeling like I’m breaking the bank. Their weekly coupons and full moon deals are the BEST!

Very bad experience ordering delivery on 12/28/2025. Their online ordering is so clunky & bug-prone. I chose to “Build your own pizza”. First of all, the options pop-up doesn’t scroll up/down intuitively; there isn’t a visible up/down dragger. I wanted multiple toppings in each pizza, but it wouldn’t allow me to include multiple toppings. Though there is an option labeled “Add many”, clicking that does *nothing*. Since my guests were already waiting at home, I just ordered the pizzas & literally *immediately* called the store directly, to request them to add more toppings. I was automatically put on hold; after about 5-6 minutes, someone did take me off hold (because I could hear the store chatter in the background), but then inexplicably put me back on hold again. I was waiting for a good 10-15 minutes more, but then they abruptly hung up on me!!!
SHAME on you, Marco’s of Rinehart Rd!! Is this how you treat customers? I promise you that you lost my goodwill 100%. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I will NEVER, EVER order from you again.

More than a week after a response from the owner asking for more information (which was immediately provided), there has been absolutely no follow-up from Marco’s. It looks like they were just pretending to respond to my review, but don’t have any intention of actually following up. Will update here if anything changes.

Once we tried Marco’s Pizza, it instantly became our favorite go-to spot! I love the specialty pizzas: All Meat, Deluxe, and The Works (that last one was my favorite in TX, but is not available here). The Rinehart crew is great—always kind and ready to help!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I placed a delivery order over an hour before closing, paid for delivery, and even tipped. When the food arrived, the order was wrong, and to make things worse, one of the pizza boxes was LITERALLY COMPLETELY empty.
I tried calling the store three different times to resolve the issue, but each time I was put on hold. When I drove to the location around 10:25 PM, the employees were just cleaning up, and the store was empty of customers. When I walked in, neither of the two employees acknowledged me. The female even looked directly at me and then looked away. I had to raise my voice just to get their attention.
In the end, I only got a refund, no apology, no effort to make things right, and no offer to replace the food I had already waited for. After paying for delivery and tipping, I ended up having to drive to the store myself just to deal with rude service and no resolution beyond a refund.
Extremely unprofessional, disappointing, and not what I expect from Marco’s. I’ll be calling the manager, and honestly it’s not that serious over pizza, but to be acting like that when you’re lazy and clearly dgaf about customers it’s a problem. This happened Sept 13 @ 10:30pm.

Pizza was good and freshly made and service was good – friendly, quick and easy. Location was more of a pick up and go verses eat in due to limited space/tables and no wait staff. Great deals on full moons 50% off.

Absolutely, Marco’s Pizza in Lake Mary is in the same plaza as Sam’s Club know how to make a pizza! Just delicious!!! I love with extra cheese. Got a try just once or more than once. Lunch special: Small pizza with one topping with a 20 oz. drink or fountain drink for $8.55. There are other great lunch specials.

I’ve been a regular customer for awhile now, but recently something’s changed in management or otherwise and the place is no longer the same. Today I learned either their extra large pizza is not 16″ as advertised, or they made it wrong and refused to accept that. This is the third time in a row that either the pizza quality has been poor or something in my order has been incorrect. Since the quality and correctness of your order is hit or miss here and I would recommend you go somewhere else for cheap pizza.

I was hung up after being on hold for 8 minutes and then when I called back the next three times no one would take the time to listen just to ask about a wait time. Ultimately had to cancel my order after an hour and twenty minute wait because I couldn’t even get an update on an order.

We usually get 3 topping xlg..today we got medium pepperoni…not impressed..sorry certainly didnt have as much as the picture advertised and the pizza dough was tuff and less cheese..will stay with the xlg 3 topping !!!
