The customer service at this Marco’s in particular is phenomenal. I had an extremely bad DoorDash experience and the shift manager, Sam, personally delivered my pizza. Thank you Sam, you made my day 🙂

Although I did not get anything on that specific night because the wait was just too long. I love Marco’s. Their meatball sub is amazing. They have great pizza. I love the pepperoni cups. They had a sale. I don’t know if it’ll continue for 2026 but I think you get half off of pizza or it’s buy one. Get one for the full moon and I think that’s where they were. Super busy but so amazing. Great pizza. It’s good to eat from there. More refreshing than your regular franchise pizzas

I was patient to wait the 45 – 50 minutes to pick up my pizza, I understand that full moon day is busy, but when I got there I spent an extra half an hour waiting. After all that time the clerk tried to hand me the pizza i observed to be sitting ready for most of that duration. I told him that pizza was sitting there for 20 something minutes and he tried telling me “that was when I ordered”. This made no sense to me, and I was too tired and annoyed to enjoy a lukewarm pizza, so I refused to take it and left. I have ordered here many times and have never had such a baffling experience. I don’t plan on ordering from here again since the staff seem to be utterly overwhelmed and clueless. Not the kind of atmosphere I want to get my food made in. They weren’t rude per se, but just sort of floundering. Almost an hour and a half is too long for a single pizza.

Overall, Marco’s is a pretty good pizza franchise. We stopped by this new location to order takeout. It was late night so the restaurant was empty. However, while we were waiting we heard some loud noises in the kitchen but we couldn’t tell if there was anything wrong happening. Anyway, the staff was friendly with us and handed us the food diligently.

Can’t seem to order a pizza from these very relaxed people.
The staff were having fun, joking around, then they let your pizza get cold while they can’t remember about people waiting in the lobby.
Perhaps quality control was on a smoke break in the parking lot.
I’m sure a drop in the bucket won’t matter, but the consumers should probably expect their food the be late and backed up by excuses.

I have positively reviewed Marco’s Pizza before; but I really wanted to give a shout out again for the my order last night. Among todays pizza chains; I notice that there are some items I prefer at one place, and others I may like better elsewhere. It’s kind of like a game choosing based on what I’m really in the mood for; as well as any especially good deals and of course, the best overall experience. Last night was one of those rare and perfect orders. Everything arrived on-time by a friendly driver and was almost too warm for me to carry. Everything looked and smelled wonderful; the pizza was picture perfect, cooked just right and the pizzoli are always a great deal. FInally, my personal favorites; Marco’s brownies, were so good, I probably could have eaten the whole tray. Even the chocolate was drizzled on top just right and the whole thing was irresistible. Everything we ordered really couldn’t have been better but the coupon made it next level!! Thanks again Marco’s!!!!

Rather disappointed in my order this evening. After my son being in a car accident I was mentally drained and didnt want to cook so decided to order online and I kept checking the status with the online order tracker and refreshing and it just kept showing my order pick up time for when I placed it. After 17 minutes refreshing over and over I decided to call the store, after 5 minutes on hold I was told my order was ready mind you the tracker never changed. They were pretty busy but nice. I get home and realize they forgot my salad so I call the store and was placed on hold and after 3 minutes I drove in the pouring rain to get my salad and 0 apologizes nor offering to bring it to my vehicle in the rain. I go inside and offered nothing other than a sorry as I have to go home to cold pizza and more time spent away from my family. I didnt bothering calling for the buffalo wings I ordered as the sauce was yellow with 0 spice a tad hint of butter and buffalo which was odd as they are usually good flavor with a red sauce. But I did get my salad and offered a refund for my salad which is sad the lack of customer service I experienced after a trying day.
