This is the most horrible tasting fast food pizza I have ever had. Little Caesar, dominos, papa John’s and hungry howies are all better than this junk. What a waste of my hard earned money

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Marco’s Pizza.
My sister went into the store and ordered one pizza and 8 plain wings. After waiting over 40 minutes, she noticed multiple customers who ordered after her receiving their food and leaving. When she finally asked about her order, she was told they forgot to put her wings in.
She calmly asked for a refund for the wings only and said she would just take the pizza. That’s when things went from bad to worse. She was told they had to “contact the manager,” then informed they don’t do refunds—only store credit. That is not acceptable when the business fails to fulfill an order.
They then tried to push 15 buffalo wings on her—something she did not order and clearly stated she did not want. At that point, she requested a refund for the entire order. They refused again and told her the manager would call her.
The manager never called. She received no food and no refund.
So to recap: they forgot part of her order, refused to refund food they didn’t make, tried to substitute items she didn’t want, and ultimately provided nothing while keeping her money. That’s not a mistake—that’s poor management and worse customer service.
Save your time and your money. This location clearly doesn’t value either.

Dough was very hard and old, and now reading through other reviews, I can see that it’s just a pattern for orders placed after 9:30 pm. Regardless of pickup or delivery. The pizza was subpar and lacked on many levels. Disappointed I expected better.

Terrible location. Outsources all deliveries to DoorDash, resulting in a 1-2 HOUR wait every single time. Stone cold, awful, inedible pizza. A waste of my money and ruins my night every time. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE.
