After a very bad delivery of a previous Marcos pizza to my residence, Marco’s has REDEEMED themselves now! On 12/22/25 I ordered a pizza for delivery at my residence for 7:30pm. My order number was #160/Transaction # 210195400. We live really far away from Marco’s pizza & my pizza was delivered at 7:35pm. That was the QUICKEST we have ever gotton a Marco’s pizza! I WANT THAT DELIVERY LADY FOR ALL OF MY FUTURE PIZZA ORDERS FROM NOW ON MARCO’S IF POSSIBLE! SHE WAS SO SWEET! She even said “Merry Christmas” to me! This lady was the one I originally asked if Marcos delivered way out here & she told me “YES” when I saw her with the Marco’s sign on the top of her car at our apt. complex way back. That’s how I knew Marco’s delivered this far away. So I’ve ordered nothing but Marco’s Pizza since then! THANKS SO MUCH for redeeming yourself Marcos! I really really appreciate it & LOVE your pizza!

I used to get very good pizza from this place then every time you walk in you have to wait to pick up your pizza that you ordered from online and now for the last three times that I’ve been there there’s only one or two people working in the whole place. This place is going to hell what’s happening? I don’t even wanna go here anymore.

I’m still sitting in the restaurant. My daughter and I came in for our normal Sunday pizza lunch. The staff was rude, and disinterested in any kind of customer service. It took 28 minutes to get our pizza for dine in. At which point it was dropped at the table in a go box with no plates, cheese pepper etc. I went to retrieve these items, now here is where it gets sad. I feel horrible, and I’d like to extend an apology to the employee pictured below. I can’t imagine how inconvenient it was for her having me interrupt her conversation she was having through an AirPod. I will say though, for our entire meal, we got to hear how bad she hates her job and how annoying her customers are!
I sincerely hope if we ever come back, that we receive a better experience. Also, please actually get off the phone and cut our pizza next time. We literally had to tear it apart

Their pizza and cheesy bread is awesome. That’s why I wanted to try something else. I figured everything had to be good. I was so wrong. The wings were not good at all and I was not impressed with the salad. The wings literally tasted like they dumped the sauce on it with no other flavor. I had the Buffalo wings and the Italian salad. I will definitely be sticking with the pizza.

Nice friendly environment. Decent pizza. Lunch buffet isn’t very large and sometimes is slow to refill. Offers delivery or carryout. Clean store. Friendly staff. Good lunch buffet pricing.

We placed two separate orders was set to be picked up at 630 and when I walked in was told at 630 that it was going to be a wait theat they were running behind.I should have cancelled order then. Then when we actually got home with orders pizza was not thoroughly cooked like it was rushed immediately called to report spoke with John Willis and I asked if I could bring back he stated yes and apologized. My daughter called to report her issues as well and was told by female forgot name states that she is the GM that per policy no returns allowed. When I say I will NEVER return to MARCOS never who doesn’t stand by their food. If it’s not correct fix the problem but to stay no returns allowed and no refunds I would have never ordered knowing this.Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere!
