I ordered from the at 1pm. The delivery guy brought just the pizza. Look like it had been dropped on the ground. They owed me a salad, and 2 drinks. I called. The manager said the rest is still there. Told him a out the pizza. He said, I’m giving your money back. And still giving you the order. Now this is 2 hours later. The delivery guy brought the drinks and the salad. No pizza. I called back again. I told him no pizza. Ok ill send it right out. Nearly 3 hours later. Notice that they didn’t take it off my card. So called again on Monday. Another manager told me. We aren’t giving you , your money back. … so with that. My credit card company had to get my money back. I will never, ever use them again.

Doesn’t answer their phones and their online ordering does not give accurate order delivery estimates. Pizza was estimated to be delivered 30 minutes ago. App just now indicated they may have just started. On hold for 10 minutes now…. Unsure whether I need to make different dinner plans.
Delivery showed up 3 minutes after I made this review. Pizza was good. Delivery guy polite and mentioned they were understaffed and focused on getting through the rush rather than answer calls for more orders.

Talk about being completely bamboozled. I went to this restaurant for lunch, and on the TV near the back door, they were showing a commercial advertising their lunch special. I asked the young woman with tattoos covering her face and hair—who wasn’t even wearing a hairnet—about the lunch specials. I ordered a pizza with three toppings and a small salad, but the pizza was only the size of my hand, and the salad was a tiny amount with minimal toppings. After paying, I realized I had been charged $14 for an $8.99 lunch special, as shown on the commercial. I then asked her why I had paid $14 when the commercial clearly stated that the lunch special was $8.99. She casually explained that the commercial was 8 years old and they hadn’t bothered to update it. That’s just deception—false advertising at its worst and outright dishonesty toward customers. It’s maddening that she knew the commercial was outdated but didn’t bother to tell me. This kind of laziness and trickery leaves a really bad taste in my mouth about this company and how they treat their customers.

On 2/15 at 10:25 pm, my husband tried to walk into the store, but the door was locked. Employees inside pointed him to the other door, but that door was locked as well. A female employee then came to the door and said they were closed because they were not getting any orders, even though it was still 35 minutes before their posted closing time.
We had just gotten off work at 9 pm and were really looking forward to getting dinner. Unfortunately, we left hungry. This is a disappointing way to lose business, and we will not be returning.

Perfect Pizza everytime!! This is literally the best pizza joint in Tallahassee.. I love how fresh their products is and how accurate they are every time. Papa John’s is second and Hungry Howies is third, but Marcos have defiantly earned all of their props for being the masters of pizza.
