The pizza was tasty, but there just wasn’t enough pepperoni on it. I was expecting a pepperoni pizza and ended up with mostly cheese and a couple of slices here and there. The crust and sauce were good, but the skimpy toppings were a letdown.

Ordered an XL half cheese half pepperoni pizza. Quick and easy to order online, it was ready in under 20 minutes, and it tasted great! I was passing through the area and I’m from Wisconsin and decided to try this instead of McDonald’s or something that’s everywhere. Did not regret it and I absolutely would order from Marco’s again! The crust has a nice garlic flavor to it as well. Thanks for a good dinner + leftovers for lunch the following day!

The pizza wasn’t bad it was the experience with a worker that was not pleasant. I signed onto my online Marco’s account to place a pickup order. When I submitted my order, I received a message stating that my credit card could not be processed. So, I re-checked the credit card info to make sure it was correct, and it was, so I assumed maybe it was just a site connection issue, so I tried it again. I received the same message. Given I knew it was not my credit card I logged onto my online banking just to make sure my card wasn’t being charged/authorized even though the Marco’s website was saying it was unable to process. To my surprise my card was charged both times! I called the store to confirm they had my order which they did not. I proceeded to ask what I do in this situation; I don’t want to keep charging via the website as I will keep getting charged. While explaining to the store rep HE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME!! Little did he know I was 1 mile from the store given the order was to be a pick up. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager and allowed him to see the charges on my account. He explained their website has payment processing issues sometimes and other customers have complained about this as well and I will need to wait and see if the charges fall off. I stated so you know your website has this issue and yet it has not been corrected!?! Although the manager was more professional it still did not erase the fact an employee hung up on me and Marco’s is aware their website has this issue and have not corrected it. Going forward IF I decide to order pizza from Marco’s, I will call it in for pickup.

We love Marcos, BUT the last couple times we’ve ordered our FAVORITE pizza. There’s been too much sauce (we request light) and it’s been SO greasy. Previously, the pizza was crisp and delicious but these pizzas have been dripping with grease, leaking through the box just not what we’ve ever gotten from Marcos and not the pizza we expect (soggy, floppy, all toppings and cheese falling off when you try to eat it). Not sure if you guys changed cheese or something but whatever you changed is effecting the quality. 🙁

I never have any issues with this place because the food is always good. A recent visit I had this evening made me want to submit a review however. I typically order directly from the site but today I ordered via DoorDash and there’s no place to request square cut pizza which I usually get. Well when I received my pizza it was my usual square cut! Not sure if anyone remembered that’s what I usually like and decided to go ahead and square cut it for me or if it was a coincidence but it made me feel happy and valued as a customer. Thanks Marcos!
