Placed my 1st order with Marco’s for a party of 11. 5 pizzas, 3 salads 3 orders of wings and 4 orders of the brownies for delivery. Spoke with Jay 3x’s. Once in store to pick up menus 2nd time over the phone to ask her about some menu items and 3rd time to place my order. She was wonderful each time . The delivery was right on time and the delivery person brought it all out to my lani. I did not get his name but he was so polite and friendly. Support these folks you won’t be disappointed. Everyone at our pizza party loved everything. You have a new customer ❣️

Fast, great sauce, and great crusts. It was fresh and ready when promised.
My wife is raving about the crust flavor and the sauce! The “meatballs” dish is deceiving…they are each like quarters of a ball (each about a tablespoon in size — see the pic).
They will do well. Enjoy the better than “Domi-noh-nos” pizza!!

This is for the Lady lake store 13272 us-441 Lady lake fl 32159. Delivery person left food outside on the ground , for ants to get into , didn’t knock on the door to let me know he was there. Specifically stated in delivery instructions to knock and hand to a person. When I called the store the manager Gina said ” how are they suppose to know how I wanted it delivered”. ” There is nothing I can do about it” that was her answer. Awfully customer service. What I ask the manager why is there a spot to put delivery instructions if they weren’t going to follow them . She said ” they can’t see them and there is nothing she can do” then hung up on me.

I got a cheese bread and a calzone from here last night. it was bland, so I went back in today and expressed my concerns and they were nice enough to remake them and they both looked and were delicious. Thank you very much and I hope many people enjoy.

First time ever having Marco’s pizza, and we had it delivered to us in The Villages. They said 40 – 45 minutes for delivery, but pizza arrived quickly, in about 20 minutes or so. The Pizza was hot and fresh and tasty. We will definitely order again in the future. (I marked 5 for atmosphere- but it really should have been n/a).

The service was absolutely terrible tonight. I understand that is the full moon night and that you guys are busy on full moon night. However, when I call and stay on the phone for nearly 20 minutes and then somebody answers only to hang up on me not once or twice but four times that I called it is just very unprofessional and terrible service. If you are too busy to answer the phone then don’t answer it. Do not answer the phone just to leave it sitting on the counter for 5 plus minutes at a time while I shout hello into the phone. And no, this was not a fluke because it happened four times to me tonight. I am a loyal customer who orders from this establishment two to three times a month. To be honest I don’t know when or if I will order from here again based off of tonight? I won’t even mention that my pizza is over 30 minutes late from the pickup time and it still has not been picked up yet because it still is not ready and I can’t get anybody to help me figure out when it will be ready. As an update, I finally just spoke with a manager on duty. She was extremely rude and had zero compassion for the way things were handled. Her excuse was it was extremely busy so they have to answer the phones in order to make them stop ringing. Which means they’re okay with just picking the phone up and setting it on the counter to make it shut up while they are busy. She did not care that I was on the other line. Just listening to other people asking for their orders while I sat there for 10 minutes or more. This businesses insight on customer service tonight was a joke and I say that as a business owner myself, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way that they handle things. In the future pick up the phone and say we are busy. May I put you on hold? Please not pick up the phone. Lay it on the counter and just ignore the person that’s on the other line when you didn’t even bother to say hello. You just picked the phone up and lay it on the counter
