The two ladies there seemed to be overworked, but got my order taken care of quickly. The topping ingredients seemed super fresh, which really stood out to me. However, neither the sauce nor the base was memorable. The pizza was a decent size, but with just 4 toppings the price ballooned to over $20. While I’d still recommend the pizza, I do believe there are tastier options in the area for less.
The area seemed a bit run down and there was a digital menu only, so it was hard to read with the light glare reflecting off the screen. The older lady was very nice and overall I had a mostly positive experience. There was a nice sitting area outside to enjoy the pizza and the box had a pretty nice design.

We got a pizza that was all slid to one side. We took the pizza back to the store to show them. Brie didn’t care about anything! She was defensive and didn’t care about customers. We had read the bad reviews but had good service in the past. But no more!! They got the last of my money. I work hard for my money and to be treated this way won’t happen again.

Food was decent. Not enough sauce and flavor in pizza. Wings mediocre, soggy/sauce basic & dips small and no authentic real good tast “BASIC”. PRICE overall to high for product that you receive. Ordered pizza and a salad. They made and sold me a bad salad and refuse to give a refund. Only offered store credit and I felt that was unacceptable. They’re not suppose to sell bad or spoiled food. That goes against OHSHA. I thought it was just a few pieces but the salad was brown all the way through.

Beware of delivery orders at this location. Management is running a scam by using DoorDash for deliveries but refusing responsibility when orders don’t arrive. I placed my order through Marcos.com, not DoorDash, yet the store told me to contact DoorDash for a refund. After speaking with a manager at another location, I learned that refunds are supposed to come from the store. The manager I spoke with acted like I’d believe anything, but it’s clear something shady is going on. I’ll be reporting this to corporate. Avoid this store.

Guy delivered my pizza ina timely manner. Upon opening the box, my kid grabbed a slice and just so happened to look at the pizza and noticed to black hairs in/on the pizza. I called Marcos on University avenue in Columbus Georgia. I spoke with a lady whom stated she was the manager. I explained the issue in detail. She stated she can only replace this pizza by a store credit. I told her I did not want a store credit, but a refund. I also asked her to have someone pick this pizza back up. She stated she could not give me a refund and that her GM Mike Gain? Would have to call me. I expressed that this hair does not look like a hair from anyone’s scalp. She still refused to give me my refund. Pictures and video was taken.

Outstanding job on my cinnamon buns!!! Perfect and shoutout to the young lady who called me and waited for me to arrive to pick them up. (I didn’t realize they closed @ 11:00pm somehow Marco app allowed my order to go through). Continue to do an amazing job! Extremely satisfying soft skills and etiquette UNLIKE DOMINO PIZZA (on Buena vista road they are extremely mediocre and stupid can’t do anything right i try to live by the motto “in a world where you can be anything, BE KIND.” So for me to have to take it there and call them “stupid” it’s conspicuous THAT DOMINO PIZZA ON BUENA VISTA RD had missed opportunities 97% of the time I’ve ordered from there app! Sorry Marcos pizza didn’t mean to VENT so much, lol.

Love my Marco’s. Great pizza and subs. Almost always ready on time. Friendly service and clean environment. For a pizza place, that’s really good! However, based on the economy, the prices have risen. Used to be able to get two large pizzas for around $25. Now, it’s closer to $40. But I love that old world pepperoni!

Very irritated right now. University Avenue location in Columbus, Ga. . I’ve always enjoyed your pizzas and the price is good. I downloaded your app. I have a coupon stating 15 percent off ANY ORDER. It expires tomorrow. The cashier would not accept it based on the 8.99 special. Your coupon says “Any”. I feel this is false advertising. I may not come back . I’m going to delete the app as well. Marcos slogan is “The Italian way” yeah if the Italian way is to hire rude employees that make cr@p pizza. This location used to be good but their recent choices in employment had not only diminished the quality of their food but also the quality of their customer service.
