This place just completely messed up my order. I ordered a deluxe pizza with no sausage on one side and I got a cheese pizza on one side. The manager asked my family not to eat any of this pizza and starve while we wait 25 minutes for the appropriate pizza. Horrible service. I’m sure the franchise owner would not like their managers saying this information. Of course I had to let my child eat a few slices since they are crying.

The food was perfectly hot, like fresh out of the oven and cooked to perfection. It was delivered in about 30 minutes like she said it would be. Both the lady I talked to on the phone when I made my order and the delivery driver were very nice and friendly. I didn’t even have to ask for seasoning packets, plates, and napkins which was so thoughtful on their part. Thank you for the good food. I”ll order from them again. A++

I am so sorry I am not one to complain but my order was awful. I got a deluxe and a pineapple pepperoni pizza and cinna stix last night and I had to wait the next day to complain I offered to bring the leftover pizzas and cinnastix to the restaurant to show them that it wasn’t cooked.they forgot tomatoes sauce and the cinnastix were bare and the sauces I ordered and butter garlic crust was missing as well I had hungry children so they ate because their was nothing I could do because they were closed when my boyfriend brought it home..
the man working at double churches Rd Columbus Ga said to me would you like to repay???!!!??? What?? Repay???? OMG!!! He offered no solution whatsoever and I asked him his name he refused to give it to me I have never had an issue with Marcos pizza ever but I’ve NEVER ordered from that store either I am just speakless on the lack of trying to resolve it or no satisfaction or solution no help whatsoever he said do I want to REPAY!!!

I want to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had with Madison, who was working around 9 p.m. on 8/22.

This is the second time she took my order through the phone and on both occasions, she failed to ask if I would like to leave a tip when taking my order. Usually, this is not an issue because many drivers accept Cash App or Venmo, but one particular older gentleman who has delivered to us a few weeks ago does not use those apps. I felt terrible to not tip him the first time, especially knowing how hard he works and how much every tip matters. I didn’t think I’d get the same delivery driver but it just so happens I did!

I asked if I could call Marcos and tip him since he didn’t have venmo or cash app and he said I could.

When I called politely to ask how I could still leave a tip for the driver, Madison immediately had a nasty attitude. She told me she could not help since my order had already been placed. I then asked if I could buy something else just to add a tip, and she rudely stated I could have tipped with cash. I let her know not everyone carries cash and asked to speak to a manager and she refused then disconnected the call. When I called back, she picked up and hung up several times. All I asked was to speak with someone else who might be able to help me, but she continued to be rude and dismissive.

What makes this worse is that the delivery driver himself mentioned I could call back and pay that way. I had promised him I would tip generously, and I feel awful that Madison prevented me from doing so.

No customer should be treated with such disrespect, and no hardworking driver should miss out on a tip because of an employee’s attitude or unwillingness to help. For the sake of your business and your drivers, I strongly urge you to address this situation. Employees like Madison, who are unprofessional and rude to paying customers, reflect very poorly on your company.

Do not go to the Marco’s on Double Churches for your late day orders. The night crew does not care about the consumer. They had the audacity to put together this disappointment of a “pizza”. Looks like they just took 2-4 pizzas and stuck them in a box to go out for delivery. I have tried to order from this location 2 times, and both times the night crew there were a disappointment. If you don’t want to make pizzas, then get another job!

This place has fallen off in my opinion. Not because the pizza isnt good. More so the service is lacking. I used their online ordering to place my order and still had to wait an extra 25 minutes to get my order from this location. Thats not good. Its pizza after all. Been coming here for years but after this, I’ll make my own pizzas.
