One of my favorite pizza spots now. I order ahead so by time I pick up my food is always hot and fresh.

The past couple of times we ordered food it was under or over cooked. It is nothing like it use to be. I was visiting Marcos at least 2x a WK but as of today I will not go back. Their rating is a 0 for me.

The gentleman that took my order was very professional did his job and always helped his fellow coworkers and tried to get orders put as quickly as possible very good work young man I wish I would have gotten his name but he worked the night shift at the time dark hair think looked Hispanic not sure but he needs a bit of recognition. Now I’m not sure who the closing manager is but as I was in there I since a young woman with red hair and grey sweats on come out of the back with I’m assuming a customer because he had no work clothes on and after that he came and sat down were the customers sit but both came out of the back office area now as a person who had worked in a similar work environment no customers should be in the work area friends or family that violates standards in a work environment the young man should have not been back there the young lady should take her job more seriously especially when orders are being taken she should have came to help the rest of the crew

This was my first time ordering from Marco’s, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I ordered a large one-topping pizza ($16) with pepperoni on half and Parmesan crust on the whole pizza. I had seen the advertised deal for $10.99, but somehow the price was $6 higher, which already didn’t make sense.
After waiting over 30 minutes in the parking lot (even though there were no other customers and it clearly wasn’t busy), I finally got my order. When we got home, I opened the box to find a plain cheese pizza—no pepperoni at all—and only half the crust had Parmesan instead of the whole crust as ordered. To make it worse, the receipt taped to the box clearly said “half pepperoni, Parmesan on whole crust” so the order was written down correctly but still made wrong.
To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. I essentially paid $16 for a plain cheese pizza I didn’t want. If we didn’t live so far away, I would have gone right back to show them.
This experience was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. Mistakes happen, but between the long wait, the price jump, and the completely incorrect order, I don’t plan on coming back.

I ordered the plain wing, and a small Philly pizza. The pizza was fine, but I could have used the wings to light a barbecue grill. They were seriously burnt, and I have a problem believing that someone would actually find that satisfactory.

This is hands down the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had! Perfectly crisp crust, melty cheese, and fresh toppings, mine had sausage and green olives, and it was incredible.
As someone with Celiac disease, I’m always cautious when dining out, but the general manager Heather made me feel completely at ease and even made the pizza for me herself. She took every precaution to avoid cross-contamination and explained their gluten-free process thoroughly.
It’s rare to find a place that nails both flavor and safety, but this location does just that. Cannot recommend this place enough, thanks Marco’s of Thomasville!

Pizza is very good and well price (use a coupon). Enjoyed their salad as well, but the boneless wings weren’t that great.

The past two orders I have placed from Marcos pizza were phenomenal. Absolutely up to standard. I recommend the BBQ Chicken pizza and the Cinnamon Bread. So bomb.

If I could give zero for service and attitude and atmosphere I would. I was met with this young woman blonde white girl was just the rudest to me had no self human decency spoke to me like I was just a feral animal asking to get a pepperoni pizza I just think I’ll hold the restaurant and service needs to be dealt with the end.
