Wanted pizza on Friday night. Chose Marcos since it was the closest. We ordered the Mega meal deal. The cheesy bread was spicy, who puts the jalapeño on the bread ♀️. I don’t know if it was a mistake or the norm but I don’t recommend it as I don’t like spicy food. The pizza was not good, canned mushrooms. We didn’t even try the cinnasquares. Usually Marcos is good but I guess it depends on the location and what you get. I dislike wasting food but this visit wasn’t it, wasted food & money.

Worst marcos I’ve dealt with.
I ordered 2 large pizzas and a 10 count wings with a 2 liter.
It took them over an hour and a half. I called to verify the order; was told it’ll be out soon, they didn’t have delivery drivers… They sent it to door dash.
The dasher didn’t speak English brought 2 completely incorrect pizzas forgot the wings and the drink. I asked about it he just said no English hopped back in his truck and left.

Ordered a salad eat with my pizza and it arrived spoiled and completely brown literally making its own liquids. I called the store to inform them and complain and they informed me that this is how all their salads are served since the lettuce comes from the freezer and that they’re all fresh and would not attempt to make it right. Will never eat from this Marco‘s again absolutely ridiculous. This would never happen with the Marco‘s in Pooler.

Ordered some delivery from door dash and it was so wrong, called and the young lady that I talked to made sure that I was taking care of.. I would highly suggest getting your pizza from them. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the young lady or the young man that made the delivery, but they was very nice and definitely need to be recognized for their service to the Company for pride in their service to the people and the Company . It’s Dec 27 2024 so you know who you are if you’re reading this review, it’s people like you and the young man that make that Company great keep up the good work and don’t let the people in a higher power try and make you and the the great company that you work for weak .
