Ordered a calzone and meatball sub for delivery – showed up fast but calzone was raw and doughy and the vegetables inside were look warm and still crunchy aka raw. We regularly order pizza from
Marcos and always enjoy the pizza – however with this issue – the phone was answered by a rude girl – and we were put on hold for … 25 mins and counting.. – called back on a second line twice and was hung up on twice! if this is the level of customer service we can expect from Marcos – our money would be well spent elsewhere.. disappointed to say the least..

Had to scrape off the top to even open the box.. ABSOLUTE disregard for someone’s food.. 20 minutes late and then this?? Then got drinks that I didn’t even order

Wings were hard and dry. When speaking with GM Delanna, she said they had no other complaints about their wings and refused to take responsibility. They were so hard and dry that they crunched and shriveled up like chips when you bit into it. The GM refused to take responsibility for the quality of or lack thereof for the wings.

In town for the weekend and stopped by this Marco’s to feed the relatives after a day at the pool. Service was quick even though they were busy. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The pizza was very fresh and excellent tasting. We ordered several Thin crust with extra cheese, extra ground beef, pepperoni and Italian Sausage. Same on the other pizzas except added mushrooms, onions, bell peppers. I am very picky but would highly recommend this location.

I really like Marcos pizza. At least a dozen times, I have ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico, thin crust, extra cheese, add Italian sausage. It’s always been good. The last two times I ordered there, they got my order wrong. I’m guessing they have a new employee. Anyway about a week ago, I ordered the aforementioned pizza and had it delivered. The driver delivered the pizza but it was several minutes later when I opened the box to discover that it didn’t have any pepperoni whatsoever. I was hungry and didn’t feel like waiting for them to deliver another pizza, so we ate it. It was ok, but really disappointing without pepperoni. About an hour and a half ago, I ordered my usual pizza online and decided to go and pick it up. When they gave it to me, it was the same as the week before: no pepperoni. I pointed it out, and they reviewed my order and agreed it was wrong and immediately started making me a new pizza. I told them I would wait in my truck since I had my dog with me and I didn’t want him getting too hot. A few minutes later, one of the workers brought my corrected pizza out to me. Except it was wrong again. Less wrong than the two previous times as it did have pepperoni, thin crust and extra cheese but no Italian sausage. He said that they put Old World sausage on it. I wasn’t going to wait for them to make another pizza and honestly I didn’t trust them to get it right the third time, so I accepted it and went home and ate it. It was ok and better than the previous week’s but not what I ordered. No offer of a discount or a coupon or anything. I guess making a pizza to order is too much to ask of them. Now I’m hesitant to eat there again because I don’t have any confidence that they can make my pizza correctly. And it’s a bummer because I truly enjoy their pizza (when they make it as ordered).

This place is a highly 10/10 do not recommend, I would give them 0 stars if possible. Staff and driver very rude and argumentative when confronted about driver not carrying change. Informed customer that they do not carry change at all for deliveries (nowhere stated online that change wouldn’t be available) and when customer called the store, manager was very rude and stated they wanted to “force people to stop using cash at all”. Tried to return a COLD pizza for no charge after denying customer change. Customer happily ordered pizza from elsewhere and got change from delivery personnel. Marcos is very unprofessional and supper disrespectful with bad attitudes and manners. Will never order from here ever again. Dissatisfied with poor attitudes and terrible customer service.

The food was great. As far as out a 1-10 I give it a 8. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is when I walked in two of the employees were just looking at phones and did not bother with greeting. To the guy and the girl making the pizzas. They were working hard non stop. Over all not a bad place to eat. If I had one tip to give the owner. Tell the employees to put the phones away.

Says no where about drivers not carrying change for cash orders.
Driver and General manager very rude about the ordeal and outcome.
If they don’t carry change then they should be calling to inform the customers of that with cash orders. Not professional.
Said they would send cold pizza back for free AFTER everything and had a pizza already delivered from Papa John’s. Terrible experience with a terrible attitude to back it up.

Do not dine in! The pizza was just ok. I wouldn’t say the service was necessarily bad…I honestly felt bad for the poor kid at the register who was doing his job just fine but clearly is held back by company or management (not sure which) standards. This particular location in Milledgeville, Georgia has a dining room so I was under the impression that it was a dine in or take out restaurant. Upon ordering and not being asked if I was dining in or taking out I asked if we could dine in. The response was “you can sit and eat but we can’t serve you.” Weird response but I didn’t think too much of it. Go to pick out a table and realize that none of them are clean, none of them have the right number of chairs, every single one has an empty napkin holder, there’s shakers of red pepper flakes but no Parmesan and some tables have pizza pan stands… There’s a secondary counter that’s nicer looking than the counter in use but this one looks nearly abandoned and in the corner there’s what looks to have one time been a drink station complete with tea urns that didn’t appear to be in use. There was even a sign instructing employees to wash their hands and a paper towel dispenser (closest thing to a napkin I could find) on the wall but no sink. When our pizza was ready I asked for paper plates and parmesan and was told. “We don’t have plates and parmesan costs extra” Which I would have been fine paying for had I known that when placing the order. Not gonna do a whole new transaction for parmesan. We ate out of the box. Overall it was an awkward and weird dining experience. What is going on in this location? It’s as if Marcos bought/rented what used to be a pizzeria, moved into one side and just ignored the rest of the space. I don’t plan on going back. The atmosphere was bad enough to kill my appetite for so-so pizza.
