I order pizza and salad from this location for delivery. When the driver arrived, I notice that they forgot the dressings that comes with the salad. I ask the driver if he would not mind bringing the dressings back, mind you.. it cost me over 60 bucks for two small pizzas and two small salads. The driver said sure. I called the location to inform them of what was happening. A young girl answers the phone “Marco’s”. I said hello, May I please speak with the manager. The phone was silent for a min. I asked again and she said yes, you’re speaking with one. Now, as a customer… how am I suppose to know this??? I explain what happened and also informed her that there were no pepper flake etc either…. she just places me on hold without notice. She comes back to the phone and says “The owner said we dont have to come back for no red pepper flakes!!” I stated, you forgot the dressing to my salads. I hear music again, no warning and then she comes back and says. Well bring it and hung up. The customer service in Atlanta on Campcreek is ridiculous! Our salads barely have any toppings on them etc. this is my last time ordering from this location. For 61 bucks, I expect better. These folks are rude for no reason. It’s just ghetto!

I just received pizza delivery from Marco’s Pizza on Camp Creek Pkwy, and while eating, bit down on the chunk of glass in the attached photo of (the actual glass chunk was smaller, I zoomed in to take the photo)! I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who apologized and issued a refund. Their pizza is mediocre at best, but I never would’ve written a bad review since I wasn’t expecting it to be great, I was simply expecting to not have to cook tonight. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! I was told they do not use glass in their establishment, and it may have already been in the food they received from their supplier, which is not more or less disturbing. THIS IS SO DANGEROUS!

This location has NEVER let me down, take out or delivery. My pizza is always fresh and hot! The young lady was kind and pleasant when I picked up my pizza.
The only feedback:
-Remove the clutter from the corner tables in the lobby. It looks like a storage area and reason for the 3 star (atmosphere) rating.
-BRING BACK THE BAKED MEATBALLS!
-Turn down the ringer on the desk phone at the register! I almost jumped out my skin
Overall, I do recommend this Marcos Pizza!

On November 30, 2025, we ordered a large deluxe specialty and a large sausage. I requested two ranch dressings. Neither were provided when we called!!!! There was a dead silence on the phone as though what do you want me to do about it? It just shows that customer service is gone. It’s thrown out of the window and I will never ever eat there again ever they turn me off forever. !!!! When I called to request a manager, it was awful no professionalism no thought process of any next steps please please please don’t ever order here. Delivery or take out!!!!!!!!

8/6/2023 Unacceptable….Original order requested Garlic Sauce Crust. Picked up no garlic crust asked for it and this is what I got. Then was told “you ordered the pizza an hour ago”. Look young people I don’t care if I ordered it three hours ago YOU MADE IT WRONG to begin with. I wish people would really think about providing good customer service instead of just surviving. Change your attitude for the better and watch how you life changes for the good.

This place has been opened almost a year and they have been doing an awesome job as the new neighborhood pizza spot. This is a good look for Campcreek Parkway. The young staff is professional and courteous. I prefer carryout, and from ordering online to picking up my pizza, the entire process is seamless. And Marco’s has a rewards program which is an added perk! The restaurant inside is super clean and updated for eating in with friends or a cool low key date night. I’m a fan!
