I waited 25 minutes for my pizza, only for them to realize it had been sitting on the rack ready the entire time. By the time I received it, it wasn’t hot. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced at this Marco’s, but it will be my last time spending money there. The overall attention to detail and customer service could definitely be improved.

I have been ordering from Marco’s for a long time now, as it is convenient and the pizza and service used to be really good! More recently, the service and quality and presentation of the food has declined significantly. The people who work there barely greet you, and sometimes take far too long to even acknowledge you. They throw your pizza together however they see fit.. It might be over baked one day, missing toppings the next, or the toppings will just be carelessly thrown onto your pizza. The past 3 times that I have ordered from Marco’s, I have been displeased. The last time I ordered from there, I took a picture because the pizza was over baked. It was disgusting! And this past time, I took a photo for even more obvious reasons. And also, the store sometimes does not appear clean and/or orderly. I tried calling to speak with a Manager today, but I was immediately placed on hold without advising of the reason for my call.. I didn’t have time to hold.. I really hope they get it together, because I was love to continue patronizing Marco’s!

Was nervous to try this place because of the low reviews but it was the closest pizza place to where I was headed and I decided to give it a shot. As I walked in, I received a friendly greeting from Mike, who not only took my order but also made a suggestion to get the large pizza which allowed me to save $2 and get more value. The wait was about 30 minutes so I just headed back to the car and waited in the very convenient parking lot. When I got back, another employee, Bryson, greeted me with a smile (and by my name) and handed me my pizza. I opened it up just to make it was done correctly because I got different things on each half. The pizza looked so yummy! I was excited to get home and eat it. And it absolutely did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. Fresh toppings, good quality cheese and perfect crust. So happy I found this place. They will definitely be seeing me again soon. Thanks Mike and Bryson for your great service!

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7pm to my hotel and it never showed up so i called to see where it was at and the guy gave me a run around and then asked if i still wanted the pizza. I finally got my pizza at 9:20 pm. It wasn’t fresh. I called the restaurant back and they very rudely let me know that i wouldn’t be getting a refund and that they have to hire door dash because they don’t have any delivery people and that it was on door dash not their restaurant. I did not use door dash to order this pizza. The customer service is horrible at Marco’s. I will never eat there again.

I’m a tractor trailer driver, and I was without money or food, my mom was able to order me a pizza over the phone from Wisconsin and it was delivered timely and the staff was super friendly. In addition this is some of the best and most fresh tasting pizza I’ve ever had.

This location is hit or miss. I think it has to do with the frequent change in employees. The service was decent. I was not greeted when I walked into the location, but the young lady was not rude when I spoke. I wish the prep area was a little cleaner, but their posted score is a 90.
