Was craving a spicy pie and Marco’s fulfilled that desire. Thin crust, no sauce, Carolina reaper cheese w/double pepperoni, extra crispy. It came out as ordered, Chef’s kiss perfection, as you can see by the pictures. Ate it there, as I wasn’t waiting till home to devour this work of delicious art. Every bite, first to last, was crunchy and flavorful.

Ted, the cashier, was courteous. After we had received our pizza, he checked on us. Brought us napkins and packs of cheese.

Only draw back was there wasn’t a garbage can for us to dispose of our own trash.

When I got home, I noticed that half of my pizza was missing cheese. Third time I’ve Ordered from there and third time they messed up my order. It can’t be that hard. It’s just pizza, do better.

I ordered a grilled chicken pizza from Marcos and received a pepperoni one. (I ordered on Door Dash). I reached out to the restaurant directly, as it is THEIR responsibility to make sure the order is right before handing it off to the Dasher. (Not to mention, I would have been horrified had a Dasher opened my sealed pizza box, so I did not expect for them to do that anyhow.)

I called the restaurant and spoke to three different people and repeated the same story three different times only for them to insinuate that I was lying when they had in fact given me a pepperoni pizza when I asked for chicken (see photos attached. Zoomed in to make sure there was NO mistake that I was given pepperoni). I DO NOT CONSUME PORK AND HAVE NOT FOR OVER 15 YEARS. I suggested bringing the pizza back and them remaking me another one – or them dropping off the pizza that I actually ordered. I was met with tons of incompetence and a lot of “My manager will call you” and “Handle it through Door Dash”. I did end up handling it through Door Dash and received a full refund and gave the pizza to my dog, since he is the only one in the home who can consume it.

An absolutely terrible experience when it could have all been so simple….

I am submitting this complaint to formally report an unacceptable experience with Marco’s Pizza at Store #8194, located at 2170 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30329. On January 16, 2026, after getting off work very late (after 11:00 PM), I placed an online delivery order at 11:43 PM. I received a confirmation email confirming that my order was successfully submitted. After finishing with work, me and my god daughter were finally prepared to eat dinner, only for this experience to turn into a complete failure on the store’s end. Approximately two minutes after placing my order, I called the store to make a simple request regarding my pizza cut, specifically asking for a square cut as noted in my order, since this was done incorrectly during a previous order. While I was calmly explaining this, the employee (ANDRE) abruptly cut me off mid-sentence, said “Have a good night, ma’am,” and hung up the phone in my face!!!!!!!!! I immediately called back due to how inappropriate this interaction was and requested the employee’s name; he identified himself as “Andre”, who was working at the Briarcliff location on January 16 around 11:40 PM. Unfortunately, the issue did not end there. The store never made my pizza and never delivered my order. Despite taking my payment and sending a confirmation email, the order was never completed. My only assumption is that because it was close to midnight, the staff chose not to fulfill the order, which is completely unacceptable. I’d rather them have told me that on the phone that they couldn’t honor the order, versus just not making it and then hanging up in my face. Customers should not be allowed to place orders shortly before closing if the store does not intend to honor them. As a result, my god daughter and I were left hungry for the rest of the night, and I did not get to eat dinner at all due to the store’s failure to do its job. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this entire situation and expect an immediate full refund to be issued back to the card on file since I never received my food, this incident to be taken seriously and properly investigated, and the staff working that night, especially Andre, to be formally addressed for their unprofessional behavior and failure to complete a paid order. I found out the next day that the store cancelled my order without even notifying me!!!!!!!! This is NOT how paying customers should ever be treated. It’s been a week and the manager NEVER called me either. I just wanted to make y’all aware of this incident.

We placed a large order for a work event and swung in to grab it. It was ready on time, the food was delicious, we were able to get a great deal with coupons and they helped us load the 17 boxes into our car. Everyone at work was thrilled with the food, we had some who have never tried Marcos and now are converts.

Josh and team provided an excellent customer experience during my visit. The conversation with Josh during my wait was entertaining and informative. The facility is clean, organized and inviting. My Pizza,wings and dessert was delicious.

Yummy pizzas with staff always friendly and smiling. They went extra length to accommodate dietary requirements for our bulk party order and delivered at a very early time(before store hours). They also personalized pizzas to our liking. Bread sticks were especially delicious. Overall delightful experience and will keep going back…

DO NOT ORDER HERE … 1st off they didn’t even cut my pizza … When he delivered me pizza he got angry & said “there was NO delivery tip included” Minddd you they got my order WRONG the last 2 times (you have to earn a tip) … Didn’t give me the Parmesan or garlic butter I asked & they just were rude … even when I called to solve the issue they ignored the issue

Literally order from anywhere but THIS Marcos. I politely called and even offered to bring the food back so the staff could see the issue for themselves and either remake it or issue a refund. Instead, I was met with complete rudeness and dismissiveness.

My salad was made incorrectly — I specifically removed olives due to an allergy, and they were still included. The garlic bread was burnt and dry, and the pizza tasted off, almost spoiled. When I explained this, I was told “that’s how the bread comes” and that there were “no modifications” showing, so they couldn’t help me.

I’ve ordered from Marco’s many times, but this location’s service and attitude were unacceptable.

I have probably one of the best pizza experiences that I’ve had in Atlanta at Marco’s Pizza. Elias took care of me like family. He spoke to me about the quality of the pizza and the fact that they want to make sure every customer is happy. I not only recommend this location but will continue to patronize. Great service.
