I wish I could give negative stars. Everything was burnt and absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if they had trainees in the kitchen but they absolutely ruined pizza night. We have had them before on a Saturday about a month ago and everything was delicious but whoever works in this location during the week needs to be fired. I contacted them for a refund and told them to come pick up the items and they stated for me to keep them but they could only give store credits. ABSOLUTELY NOT; I advised the young man that I will take care of my refund with my bank because I absolutely did not receive what was paid for.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MARCO PIZZA in SANDY SPRINGS. The pizza is horrible, cold with 1/2 was crust, brownie was burnt and the boneless chicken white meat is brown and freezer burned. Manager and customer service is did nothing to rectify the complaint. Stating nothing they could do. This location should be closed or in need of new management.

There is only one person working on a Sunday evening and one of the drivers is helping making pizza where items are being dropped on the floor left and right the phone is ringing off the hook and there is a ton of orders. Do not go here.

You better run unless you want a case of food poisoning! Don’t waste your money or risk your health. The inside of the place is filthy. They don’t wash their hands. Every surface is covered in some film. Saw the girl with the greasy ponytail run her finger across the food prep surface, sniff it, grimace and wipe her hands on her filthy leggings. They are constantly touching their hair, licking their fingers and wiping their dirty hands on their even dirtier clothes. If you order anything other than pizza, know that the food has been sitting out in the open, uncovered and not refrigerated. Don’t expect to get your order any time remotely close to when they tell you your food will be ready. Eat here at your own risk! Don’t know what grade the health department gave them. Nothing is posted. But they could definitely stand a visit and a good deep cleaning.

Pizza was not cooked properly , base was not fine. It was very very thick. I have had from other marcos too and this one was the worst one. Vegetables were not properly placed or cooked. Box was already half broken from between which i realized when i took it to the car. The garlic dip taken with is was leaking. Not at all an expected experience for the money spent!!
