I orderd a “Works” pizza. Got it home, opened the box and realized the toppings were not cooked. The veggies on my pizza looked like Subway veggies. I had to finish cooking my pizza myself. I will never order there again.

I placed an order for 15 wings which I only received 10 but was charged for 15. I called over multiple days to get a credit for the difference but “management” NEVER called or anything or they were always out every time I called. I spoke to Brian the and A- somebody who claim they spoke with me the night before but that wasn’t the name he gave. I will never order for this place again with this type of service. Still have no call or credit. Horrible customer service!

This Marco’s pizza store is by far the worst! The reason being is they stole $28.97 ($ 5 tip included). I ordered pizzas from them on a Saturday night while I was working! Remind you, I work at one of the local hospitals on the nightshift! The food options are limited! I ordered from these thieves, and no one delivered my pizza! I contacted corporate, tweeted , and emailed Marco’s Pizza, and I still haven’t heard back from them! This occurred back in December, and it’s approaching February! I love Marco’s Pizza, but the way they’ve handled the situation has turneded me against them! You’ve lost a loyal customer!

Terrible service. Whoever the heavy set Hispanic chick with the multi-color hair is at the front, she needs to find another gig where she isn’t dealing with people because it is obvious that isn’t her strong suite. She was rude and confrontational. She threw my pizza after I asked for it. She antagonistic, but totally not worth the energy. And her behavior showed that she knows she is a demeaning individual. I would advise you to go to another location instead of dealing with her.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Delivery order was incorrect. Management advised I would receive credit. Went to redeem credit in store and was told they couldn’t locate my information and the supervisor stepped out for a minute. 2nd delivery order, my 3rd item (sub sandwich) was not in the bag. Called the store and was told they would have the driver bring my sandwich back which was 15-20 min later. By this time the sandwich was cold and bread was soggy. I called again and was told I would be given a store credit since they don’t issue refunds, which is ridiculous. I advised the supervisor or manager that the last time I was told this and went to the location the cashier said he couldn’t find anything and assured me that it would not come up under my rewards but will reflect separately in their database. Well, I went to redeem again today and again I was told they couldn’t locate any information. Spend your money wisely, just not at the Sandy Springs GA location

Bad experience. I ordered my pizza and it didn’t come after 3 hours. Pizza came cold, with a lot of sauce, and overall disgusting. I had to pay for it. The manager didn’t help at all with this situation. Never ordering from here again.

I love Marco’s. I order all the time. But I dont like that I ask them to hand delivery the pizza to me and they set it on the ground. My hallway is out doors. Today they went too far. The delivery person set my pizza on my valet trash sitting outside the door for pick up. I was so grossed out. Please do better.

I’ve ordered about 4 times from this location (for delivery) and every time the pizzas are perfect and the drivers are super friendly. The pizzas are always cooked well and have a pretty good distribution of toppings.
