We usually go to another pizza place for our weekly pizza night, but tonight we ended up at Marco’s. I have to day, they giu working there tonight, I believe his name was Brandon, took the time to explain the menu, and he prepared the food in a very timely manner. The food was fantastic, and we will definitely be back next week to see Brandon.

I love Marcos better then most let me start by saying that. However, your store never puts anything on the crust even when it is requested. Every time I have ordered online you dont put anything on the crust! Even happened when i went to pick the dam thing up. Today took the cake cause i asked for it to be well done and as per the photo the center wasn’t even fully cooked or melted. When I call to tell you the problem you tell you are busy today. I absolutely understand that yet i tell you i want a refund for the pizza and or a credit and you tell me you cant do that. Also that you don’t know what to tell me cause your managers are soo busy that they cant come to the phone!!! You guys need to step up your customer service game, cause if i ever said that to my customers or didn’t get something done properly best believe my manager would have some words for me and be upset cause the customers finished product was sold undercooked or wrong for that matter. The fact that you let undercooked pizza leave your doors for delivery speaks volumes.

The food is usually good. Some of the employees are rude. My husband found a wallet on the ground outside in the parking lot the day before Christmas with a decent amount of cash inside. Once he got home we were able to track the id and message the owner, who turned out was an employee, within 15 minutes. Instead of thanking my husband for locating and reaching out to return her property, the individual demanded he return right away. As my husband and daughter were on their way to return the wallet, another employee, who was not the owner called me to tell me he needed to hurry up. When my husband arrived the owner grabbed the wallet and asked if he took any money and informed him she was going to check and count the cash. Every dollar, card and item was as it had been except for her id, which I had accidentally forgotten to hand back before he left. He came all the way back home and returned again to bring it to her, going out of his way to make sure everything was returned. If he was dishonest, we wouldn’t have bothered to try and find her (she had an out of town address which is why he didn’t assume she worked there) For all that he could of at least gotten a thank you instead of suspicious accusations, bad attitudes and reheated pizza once he finally got home.

Always a good pizza from this Marco’s. They are consistent. The order is always quick and correct. Plus, it’s just really good pizza. Our favorite pizza in PTC.

Always super fresh, very tasty pizza and breadsticks. Delivery driver arrived twenty minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time which was a plus! Will continue to order more from here!!

Loovvee lovvveee!!! The workers are great the owner is amazing the service is the best I’ve had in years… and super fast on everything and so friendly! Definitely a change from how it used to be. I highly recommend this place!!!! Courtney and Megan gave exceptional customer service and I really appreciated that.

This Marcos in Peachtree city isn’t about atmosphere for me but, PIZZA!! I swing by on my way home from as I drive from Newnan to Griffin. I occasionally call them and pick up pizza for me and my wife. They are nice and have the hot gooey goodness ready for me when I drive up. Thanks yall.
