I think it’s ridiculous that this location just decides to charge an entire dollar extra for the sauces when you can drive 10 minutes away to the Newnan location and get the same exact sauce with the same ounces for .50 cents. To upcharge your customers because you know it’s an affluent area is very scammy. I’ll keep going to the Newnan location from now on.

Wow—what an experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was on another level. Kel (if I have his name right) was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. The way he treated us really made the visit special.

And the food… the pizza was the BEST! Fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked—it hit the spot in every way. You can really tell they put pride and care into both their service and their food.

All in all, a perfect combo of great service, amazing food, and a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

I love Marcos better then most let me start by saying that. However, your store never puts anything on the crust even when it is requested. Every time I have ordered online you dont put anything on the crust! Even happened when i went to pick the dam thing up. Today took the cake cause i asked for it to be well done and as per the photo the center wasn’t even fully cooked or melted. When I call to tell you the problem you tell you are busy today. I absolutely understand that yet i tell you i want a refund for the pizza and or a credit and you tell me you cant do that. Also that you don’t know what to tell me cause your managers are soo busy that they cant come to the phone!!! You guys need to step up your customer service game, cause if i ever said that to my customers or didn’t get something done properly best believe my manager would have some words for me and be upset cause the customers finished product was sold undercooked or wrong for that matter. The fact that you let undercooked pizza leave your doors for delivery speaks volumes.

As far as delivery pizza goes, they were great. I’m not giving a 5 star because it’s the best pizza I ever tasted (even though it’s very good), but because they delivered within 25 minutes a relatively big order, they forgot the salad but came back without us asking, everything was warm and fresh and very tasty. I would take Marcos over Domino’s or Papa John’s any day.

Always super fresh, very tasty pizza and breadsticks. Delivery driver arrived twenty minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time which was a plus! Will continue to order more from here!!

Call for delivery at your own risk! Always late, the notifications are always wrong. Then you call the restaurant and they have the same weak excuses about not having enough delivery guys. Never any improvement, will not order again. I gave them several chances to see if it was a bad day, but every day is a bad day. Never again, they just don’t know how to get it right. The email notifications are sporadic at best and always incorrect, the app is absolute garbage. I called and talked to the manager, he lied directly to me, then the delivery notification showed up 30 minutes later, with the delivery 20 minutes after that. This is a chain that is likely doomed to fail.

Order at your own risk. At the time of order, the expected delivery time was 30-35 minutes. Actual delivery an hour and 20 minutes later. Obviously cold and soggy, but they couldn’t even get a two topping pizza order right. But then again, I’m sure ham looks a lot like pineapple when you’re making the pizza. Talking with the manager to check on delivery was useless, and when I called back after delivery to inform him of the incorrect order, he wouldn’t take my call or return it. We will not order again.

Loovvee lovvveee!!! The workers are great the owner is amazing the service is the best I’ve had in years… and super fast on everything and so friendly! Definitely a change from how it used to be. I highly recommend this place!!!! Courtney and Megan gave exceptional customer service and I really appreciated that.

On January 1st 2025, I went to Marcos pizza in Peachtree City, was charged for an XL pizza and received a Large. When I looked at the pizza, I noticed someone attempted to slice one of the slices at the top to give the illusion of more, which was still short. This is misleading and stealing, I contacted the restaurant which Christina apologized and instructed me to call the next day to speak with the Manager Tuan to receive a refund. Tuan only wanted to credit me after his team took my money and under sold me, which is stealing. I’ve tried to reach customer service, corporate and anyone else besides the store again and it’s been a real joke. At this point I want my money back, not a credit, because I will never patronize this business again!
