the worst place ever. Walked in at 4:50 to place an order to go. At 5:20 ask about my order and folded the young lady it had been 30 minutes and she folded me it had not and walked away. At 5:30 still no food. I ask for my money back on my card and the young man looked at me and said talk with her not me. After I got her attention she said it was done. I ask for a copy she handed it to me and it just said void. They did not refund my money. What can of business does that. I will never go there again.

I’m really not a person to complain. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and salad for here and it was soo good and fresh, I had to order another salad today. I get there the young lady was extremely sweet and helpful, but I noticed she finished making it kind of quickly. I told her and I was impressed. I like the pizza but the guy with the glasses and reddish beard and hair, possibly a manager, is rude and has been both times I ordered with him. No type of customer service skills, no smile, acting bothered by questions, etc. He almost got cussed out. Don’t have him up front taking orders anymore. Keep him in the back making the orders.

Walked in at 2pm. Restaurant was completely empty and even half the lights in the dining room were off. I waited at counter for several minutes. A guy came out of the managers office but he didn’t look up from his phone to see me standing there. When he hit his vape and went to making pizza I decided to leave.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered here a month ago, my order was 2hours late! When I called they said the manager would deliver my order personally. Order was delivered. They said they were short staffed so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again a month later for delivery at 9:00 pm and at 9:30, no delivery. I call to check status and I was told my order is leaving the store now. 9:50 order delivered, but no bags just stacked on my front deck. I called the store because the pizza box was wet and clearly something was spilled and everything was cold and spoke to Kyle (the manager). Explained the situation and he said he spoke to his GM (Laurie Stezen) was what I was told and my order would be refunded. Not the point, but thanks Kyle. However, during this conversation no mention of hold on let me speak with my manager just silence, I thought he hung up on me. Just poor management, if after a month you are still having the same issues… get it together Marcos! I will not be ordering from this store again! Awful service! I did not eat this food and had to go out and get food elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting-IMO I would not order food from this establishment.

After they delivered our pizza wrong, i got an almost $5 refund, the delivery fee, for bringing the wrong pizza pack to get the pizza we ordered (picky kids) and got half a pizza without cheese.
We prefer the Wade green location but this is the only location that delivers.
We will definitely plan our busy pizza nights out better to get it from the location that makes better pizza & gets orders right. They should also probably hire “managers” that aren’t high school boys.

So I hope people take a quick second to read this. First off no other pizza place around has more affordable pizza than Marcos. Also the freshness of the ingredients and the options are incredible!! Now Towne Lake Location is now being managed by Corgan. This young man will work by himself!!!!! No driver’s no employees!!! BY HIMSELF!!!!!! I highly recommend giving this young man a raise!!! He never ever has anything negative to say about corporate. Trust me I’ve tried to bait him and he’s extremely professional and always has a smile on his face. I own multiple business’s and I’d happily hire this young man today!!! I hope the higher ups read these reviews. I will come back and offer this man a job every single time I’m in here. I’m including a picture of him standing on business literally by himself per the usual whenever I come in here. I hope you appreciate him. I know I sure do. Thanks Corgan.

I called and placed an order at what I thought was the right location. After driving out of my way to the wrong location on Main Street,( canton highway, Marietta). The kid at the counter told me that I never called him and my order isn’t at that store. After asking if I can get my order there he again said that it wasn’t there and he can’t help.
So after I drover another 30 minutes to the store on towne lake, I was greeted with a smile by Lori and a nice young lady with green hair.
I explained the situation and she apologized profusely for the mix up and instantly said let me start making your pizza and we will figure it out soon.
After about 15 minutes of sitting on their comity couch in the waiting room, Lori brought my pizza over to me and after insisting to pay for the food they made for me she said that she will take care of this for me, since I had a mix up with the stores.
Needles to say, Lori at the towne lake location will always get my money, and business. They are out of the way and I have to pass another location to get to them but they are the best.
This is my first time ever getting Marcos pizza and this will definitely NOT be my last!
Thank you so much for your compassion and customer service! We need more people like this in the world!
